Stayed 2 nights. Arrived mid-afternoon, envelope taped to door with keys to choice of rooms. Previously advised that we were carers for disabled adults so given choice of ground floor room which we didn't take.
Rooms 3 and 4 on 1st floor were clean, although a little dated. Room 3 with double bed, single bed, bunks and a travel cot in the wardrobe. Room 4 with 4 poster double and single. Both rooms with LCD televisions on the wall which were a little small for the size of the rooms. Wi-fi codes were left for us and internet speed was adequate.
After a meal in Great Yarmouth, we spent part of the evening watching TV with the owner, Ann (lovely), in the very cosy and comfortable bar/lounge. Price of drinks were at the upper end of pub prices, but not extortionate (£9.60 for 3).
Very comfortable beds.
Breakfast was excellent. Choice of cereals and fruit, fruit juice. Full English with tinned tomatoes, which we all prefer with the fried bread.
Would recommend as a comfortable B&B in a pleasant position not far from the sea front.
However on street parking could be a problem during the high season.More
