warm and friendly, the staff could not do enough to help if needed, my father has to have injections everyday and they were happy to let him store them in the fridge, 10 mins drive into centre of great Yarmouth which is straight forward and it also allows you easy access to travel other areas of Norfolk, recommended

Chosen as it was in a convenient location and stayed just the one night.

I was allocated a ground floor room which was recently refurbished and very minimalist. It wasn't until during the night that I wished I'd asked for a first floor room as the room was very warm with no thermostat. As a female solo occupant it didn't feel safe to open a ground floor window overnight (there was just a very thin wire attached).

The mattress was very firm and the duvet much too thick for summer (I ended up covering myself with a towel) and this made for a very broken night's sleep :(

As for a cooked breakfast in the morning... don't bother! It was the worst I've ever had - lukewarm and tasteless. I wish I'd gone next door to the Toby as it would have been cheaper and couldn't have been any worse!

Next time I'll go that little bit further to the Premier Inn - at least they offer a money back guarantee there!

Room Tip: Female solo occupants may prefer a 1st Floor room as there is no thermostat in the rooms.

We stayed at this hotel for an extended weekend break before we have a big holiday later this month, we usually stay at premier inns but this time we chose a travelodge and it didnt disapoint us. The room was very clean and bright and had everything we needed for our stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you, it was a pleasure to be there, two members of staff in particular stood out for us and that was Bernie from reception and neville from the breakfast staff, very pleasant and bubbly and always with a smile. Would not hesitate to use in the future, fabulous

Room Tip: Rooms to the rear away from the car park are quieter

Excellent customer care.
Local beach just 5 mins away, GT Yarmouth 20 mins away.
Toby Carvery is next door for breakfast and evening meals.
