Not a hotel that i would rush to revisit, we travelled as part of a group, we took two rooms both twins. Twin only by dint of two seperate beds about 2 inches apart!! Room was only able to be described as 'Bijou'! Room clean and well maintained, bathroom module adequate but noisy for others in room.
Staff abrupt, pompous, bombastic and standoffish other than one young gentleman who, even with limited english, did attempt to be friendly and helpful.
Breakfast at 9 euros very expensive and poor, watch out as they charge this automatically to your bill and you need t oargue if you have not eaten, very cute! Also watch out as parking is also an 'extra' at 6-50 euros...............
Watch your bill and challenge everything, initial price is bad enough and seems to be overpriced but the end bill can be horrendous. You would expect a group booking of 10 rooms for three nights would have obtained a discount but we were all fleeced for full costs!

I found this hotel to be good for a budget hotel, but a bit overpriced, actually. Pros - the front desk people were nice and helpful, the room was clean, WiFi was free, bed was comfortable. Cons - breakfast was skimpy, rooms were a bit noisy (you could hear noises from adjoining rooms and also from the street), there was not enough room to put away clothes from my suitcase, the check-in process was slow. For one night it was absolutely OK, but if you had to stay for several days or a week, I would look elsewhere.

Very well placed for an overnight stop on the way to the ferry.
Usual standard for an Ibis. Clean rooms, nice bar and helpful receptionists. We did not eat in the restaurant and found a small café for breakfast.
Would stay again.

This hotel has a great central location in this historic town. It has secure parking beneath the building but the entrance is very narrow and difficult for large cars. My room was clean and basic according to the Ibis formula and I thought correct rate should have been nearer €60 rather than €82. And breakfast at €9 was not rally worth it. On the other hand the desk staff were very nice and helpful. A good place to stay for one night en route as I did, but I would not recommend it as a place to stay for a few days whilst on vacation in Etampes.

A standard room in this hotel - double bed, en suite bathroom, TV, wifi, etc. - will set you back between 70 and 80 euros. The rooms are pristine, the service friendly, the bar and breakfast services more than acceptable. There is ample free parking in the municipal car park opposite, and secured parking for a small fee.
The centre of town is a five minute walk. A historical market town and trade crossroads from the Middle Ages, Etampes - self-styled capital of the South of the Essonne departement - is well worth a visit. I would particularly recommend the Indian restaurant in the nearby Saint-Gilles neighbourhood. Other style of cuisine are available.

I've stayed at this hotel about a dozen times in the last couple of years. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the RER rail service into central Paris, but actual countryside begins a 10 minute bike ride from the hotel. Ideal place to stay if you want to spend time in Paris, but also want to see some of the countryside (and pay a bit less for accommodation than central Paris prices).
