Utter bliss.
Great views.
Perfect location in quiet valley.
Amazing restaurant, great wines.
Lovely decor, rooms and landscaping.
Most of all, two fantastic couples run the place, and make it a very personal experience.

My wife and ii visited Es Coucons for 5 nights in September. Its a fantastic hotel, calm and peaceful, the perfect place to recover from a big night out. The setting is stunning, the staff could not be friendlier. The gardens and pool are stunning and the hotel is cool with out trying too hard. The breakfast is amazing and well worth getting up for. Lunch and dinner are equally as good. Its not far from any where and taxis turn up about 15 minutes after you call for one. We absolutely loved it !!!!! If your looking for somewhere to relax and get away from it all this is the place for you. We will be returning for sure

Room Tip: room 10 is lovely has a large balcony with an amazing view.

we've been in this lovely country hotel at the end of may beginning of june, unfortunately our room was a little too dark and a little humid, but lovely in every little detail, the bed was extremely confartable, the room itself and the bathroom were decorated with great taste. All the common areas, the garden, the pool, the bar,the reception, the restaurant were beautiful, very well kept and decorated, full of beautiful plants and flowers. Breakfast was very abundant and simply delicious!!! We even had dinner there, food was excellen, the atmosfere great and romantic. All the people working there were very nice, helpful and happy to help us with great suggestions. We will go back there for sure!!!

We stayed here 4 nights in April and had a very enjoyable time.

The owners gave us a lovely warm welcome and all the staff we met during our stay were equally friendly and eager to please. Carmen who serves the breakfasts is, in particular, a superstar. They can't do enough to help you.

The rooms are lovely and cosy, and ours had a large terrace overlooking the garden and pool area. Perfect for relaxing in the sun and enjoying a glass of wine. The decoration is simple yet warm, and they have done a spectacular job converting the old villas into a lovely modern hotel. It was a little cool during our visit to use the pool, but it looks great.

As others have mentioned, ideally you need a car when staying here as it is some way off the beaten track (probably 15 mins drive to Saint Antonio town), however I personally view that as a positive, and the hotel has a great DVD (and book) library, as well as a great food and drink offering, so you wouldn't need to leave the place if you didn't want to.

If you do want to leave to do some sightseeing or eat out, both Maria and Barbara have some great recommendations and we were wry grateful for their advice.

Highly recommended and would love to come back.

You don't have to party hard when visiting Ibiza, if you do sure there will be plenty places to pick. Es Cucons is well away from the party scene and I am glad of that. We hired a car from the airport, arriving at midnight from London. It wasn't easy but it wasn't difficult either to find this place, it's nicely hidden away. This made us even happier. The place is so relaxing, the pool is to die for, nice garden and the view is amazing. The way the place is designed is very clever, it makes you want to wander around exploring the space. The bedroom is comfortable, spacious & we have nice terrace with beautiful view. The owners are 2 sisters, I only met Maria who's very sweet and helpful. You need to have a car to stay at this place. Maria will advice you nice places to visit depends on your interests. The bartender also create the best Caipirinha cocktail ever!!!
I am happy to find this place, peaceful, tranquil and beautiful.

I stayed at Es Cucons in September 2012 and it was so relaxing. The rooms are each different and designed with careful attention. My room had a large terrace that was wonderful for relaxing.

The owners were very welcoming. We had dinner one night at the hotel and the food was delicious - and it was lovely to sit outside in the garden.

You will need a car - but it is a very scenic drive from Ibiza town.

I have just come back from a weekend at Es Cuscons, it was also the last weekend of the 2012 season for this hotel as winter is on the way. Yet a peaceful and surprisingly mild time to visit Ibiza. If you are looking for a visually stunning, natural and very well loved and considered place to rest you couldnt do any better. Excellent on all fronts and a great vibe from the place and the very considerate owners and staff, well exceeding my expectations (and Im quite discerning). The area is also beautiful, and you should use the bikes and cycle the easy circuit through almond and olive trees, fields of clover, pass a rather dramatic cliff top view and then glide back down to the Es Cucons.

Room Tip: All of the rooms are very special, private, harmonious and unique.
