We stayed at this hotel as we moving out of Switzerland after living there for 2 years. Our stress levels were high but the hotel owner and staff couldn't do enough to help us. We had a family room (almost impossible to find in Switzerland), we had to leave for the airport at 4am so the owner gave us a plated breakfast the night before. Yes it's a Swiss hotel, but hey, it's Switzerland so do not expect air conditioning and do expect strong coffee and cheese/meats for breakfast. Easy access to the trams right outside the entrance with15 minutes travel into the city center.
I'm considering staying here again rather than the more pricey hotels downtown when I return on a future trip. Food is also reasonable and good quality in the restaurant.More
