Back 9 is the original which was designed by Robert Trent Jones sr.
Not a particularly long course but it does have some very testing holes.
The par 3 17th over the water looks easy but can be tricky if the wind is blowing.
Good test for all levels.
Some fantastic views from around the course - no houses on the course which is a bonus for anyone a bit way ward, just the trees to worry about.
Plays well in the winter due to the superb drainage until some other courses nearby which virtually unplayable in the wet.
Nice club house food & drink prices are very reasonable and the food is very good.
Only downside is that it can get very busy so play can become slow, which does seems to be a trend these days.
