Huge place so you need to half day to remember where is everything and what's the time of different bars, clubs, entertainment... Very attractive for families with kids as you get access to mini club, play ground, kids disco and water slides. 6 swiming pools give you a big choice what to do every day. Food is ok , quite big range but a bit drab. Staff is friendly and helpful. Big minuses: 1. language - only on reception they speak English and not everyone, 2. never before in 5 stars hotel I had to pay for Wi-Fi, 2 euros per day and it's horribly slow, 3. people are allowed to smoke everywhere even on the next table when we had breakfast, 4. beach is quite dirty and full of rubbish. We had great family time but next time we will look for something more intimate.

Wow the facilities this hotel offers are 5 * the service is that of 1 * if your British avoid as treated poorly by all staff except the eaiters. All inclusive buffet is do stressful unorganized and dirty.family room is size of travel lodge with nothing bit beds a mino fridhe snd bathroom
Only on our last day did staff really step up to help with flight issue. However Anlanya is beautiful and worth the hotel not meeting expectations. If you want to see anlayna stay at Aladdin on the beach the locals all say how amazing it is

Arriving on 12th August check in was fast n staff friendly. Room lovely with fresh bottled water daily. Pools lovely and water park great for kids. Food.... Well I love salads and that was fab in all aspects. However kids lived on spaghetti bolognaise and meat balls as not much for kids of 11 and 12. The staff were always lovely although some didn't acknowledge our thank you when they cleaned tables etc. The down side is the rude Russians. I mean absolutely rude!! Charging there way into lifts before u even got out! They poured coffee over my daughter and laughed! Absolutely vile People I'm afraid. This hotel is what u make it and we had a great time and didn't allow the rude people to ruin it however it sure could if ur a bit sensitive. Always got a sunbed. Snack bars near beach was really good but others weren't as good with not as much selection available. After reading some of reviews before we went we were worried we would have a crap holiday but we didn't. My daughter forgot her new handbag with money in and left in restaurant. We went back down and the staff had popped it to one side everything was in it. This was fab as we didn't think we would see it again as its happened in another hotel before. If u don't mind a busy hotel then it's worth going
