We have stayed in a few Premier Inns now and have been really pleased with the standard of the service and rooms; and feel that I can book a hotel with them in confidence. We had an over-night stay with family and had a really enjoyable stay. We had a friendly welcome from reception and our rooms were spotless and comfortable. The adjoining restaurant was comfortable with excellent service and delicious food.
We opted for the cooked breakfast in the morning, which was all you can eat, again the service was faultless.
I would have no hesitations in coming back to this hotel if I was in the area again.

Our first experience of a Premier Inn and we were most pleasantly surprised. Very efficient and friendly staff and large clean bedroom and bathroom. Would have given 5 points except there is quite a bit of noise from the nearby A14, even in the rooms on the other side away from the road. Probably not a problem if the window is closed, but this was during a warm spell and it was necessary to have the window open. The room was great value at £29 per night, we were there 3 nights, but the breakfast, whilst being plentiful, was rather expensive at £8.75.

Stayed here as it was close for a family do. Nice setting, plenty of parking, clean rooms and friendly staff. Stupid charges for wifi though. The phone signal wasn't great but obviously they can't help that.

Premier never let's me down, they offer what they say on the tin and combine that with excellent staff who are friendly and helpful. Great value for meals and drinks with their on site restaurants. What more do you need for a short stay break :)

This was a last minute thing...a choice between the hustle & bustle of London or the tranquility of the countryside. Fortunately we chose the latter and fast running out of options we chose a cheap hotel.

It is only cheap in price, the staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much bother. They all clearly get on well and seemed happy in there work.

The room was as promised by Lenny Henry; clean, spacious with all the facilities....my only gripe was the lack of pillows and what we did have was too soft. It's a personal thing but the bed was a bit too hard for me. I know, I'm fussy but at this price I'm not going to complain! I've stayed in hotels three times the price that are not as clean! It was also very warm in the night, changing the room 'stat made no difference.

Breakfast was efficient, staff attentive and friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant on the 2nd night and although it wasn't a la carte it was a good choice, plenty of it and certainly edible!

It was a good base to explore southern Suffolk from and relatively inexpensive at £153 for three of us for 2 nights including breakfast.

We had a trip to Dedham & Flatford Mills and a drive through Hadleigh, Lavenham and Long Melford. A beautiful part of the country, on our doorstep.

The rooms were updated however it sounded like a herd of elephants were in the room above us! We were told that while the facility was updated the sound proofing between floors was not updated. Food in the restaurant was okay and service throughout was very good.

We checked in late at 10 pm with our baby grandson which want a problem the room was ready for us and the travel cot up. Room very clean but couldnt work thermostat so room was quite chilly during night, we could have called the reception but the baby was asleep and it could have woken him. The travel cot only had one blanket so we used the towels from the bathroom but overall a good nights sleep. Staff very friendly on checking in and out and free parking!

Room Tip: Make sure the thermostat is working before bedding down
