Like a previous reviewer, we went here in a Saturday night, and it was clear that they just don't have the capacity to cope with a full restaurant and all their take away orders.
Drinks were slow to come, and although we ordered food fairly quickly, getting your main course an hour after you sat down is not good enough. It didn't help to be told that this was because if all the take away orders - so restaurant customers paying a premium are second class, right? Or to see other tables that ordered after us getting their food first. It's also quite odd that there are loads of front of house staff, sometimes literally running around, but with not very much seemingly achieved. It underlines the feeling you get that the establishment can't cope. Having said that, it doesn't detract from the nice, vibrant restaurant atmosphere.
When it did come, the food was good. The menu is extensive and has all the Cantonese favourites you'd expect.
So my advice would be if you go there, go in the week.
