“Poor apartment in great complex”

Pros: complex outdoor amenities inc pools (great kids pool) playground, proximity to beach, table tennis, gardens. Ground floor with direct access to pool.
Cons: poor beds and furniture quality. Not enough hot water for 3 showers in a row. Lack of basics like tin opener, t towels, dish cloths. No info on complex or local area provided. No kettle or toaster. Place could use fresh painting.in 1 toilet you needed to lift lid to flush.
The apt could be so much better with a little modernisation.
