Followed others reviews, and it lived up to the comments, and more. Travelled with partner and we usually prefer hotels and a certain amount of anonymity that it gives, so this for us was out of our comfort zone, but, John and Jane are consummate hosts, they match the needs of guests perfectly, If you need any advise they are happy to give it, if you just need rest they make sure your everyu comfort is catered for, we were the only guest the first night and they made us comfortable then they were off out, so whenwehad eaten out we came back to a roaring log fire and the telly tuned in to UK program's, internet available and coffee and cake provided! Such hosting skills are second to none, wonderful.

Don't think that we can add much to the reviews others have done except to say that if you are within a hundred miles of this B and B you should do all you can to stay there. John and Jane are excellent inn keepers. The Casa is first rate. We stayed three days and wish we could have stayed a month.

We rarely give full marks in reviews but John & Jane's dedication to making sure guests have a wonderful holiday more than justifies it. Previous reviews have covered all the physical aspects of Casa dos Torres. What makes it even more special is the warm, friendly atmosphere created by John & Jane. You are made to feel more like a family friend than a paying guest. Breakfasts vary each day and are eaten at a large table outside. Jane takes time to sit and chat with the guests every morning. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. For example John picked us up from Palafrugell bus station on arrival and transferred us to our next hotel in nearby Llafranc on departure. Having never been to the Costa Brava we were very impressed by the beautiful unspoiled nature of the countryside and coast. The resorts are small and low rise. The coastal path enables easy walking in both directions with lovely views over the Med. The botanical gardens are an easy walk and worth a day out. Yet again thanks for a lovely week and hopefully we will return in spring to do a bit more walking.

Room Tip: The tower room we stayed in had its own large bathroom.

Jane and John are the supreme hosts, they anticipate your needs before you even realize you have them. The Inn is beautiful, just a 5 min walk to the shore, and 10 minutes back as you burn off your gelato. Great pool, lots of space and private nooks. If there is a better breakfast to be had anywhere, it would be hard to believe. The rooms are very private and romantic. Beach chairs and towels are included, plus lots of advice on local activities. We met some great folks at the Inn and the outdoor sitting areas are good in all weather. We saw no better place to stay in the area, and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Room Tip: Rooms in the back avoid road noise.

We stayed here for 2 nights in mid September, and wished we could stay longer. Casa Dos Torres is everything a B&B should be!! Jane and John are lovely hosts, and breakfasts with Jane and the other guests are a great way to start your day. The rooms are beautiful, tastefully decorated, and the attention to details is everywhere: the garden, the sitting rooms, the wall-papers, everywhere!
The Casa is a 5 minute walk downhill to the beach (but uphill on the way back after a good dinner...) so if you want to spent few days in Calella or the Llafranc you don't even need to take your car. Calella and Llafranc are really the best of the Costa Brava, and if I ever come back, it will be to Casa Dos Torres. Summer are very hot a humid here, so it will probably be in April or May. There is no a.c in the rooms, only ceiling fans, so if you don't like the summer this could be a problem.

We had a short break at Casa Dos Torres and could not have picked a better place. It ticked all the boxes, sun, beaches, restaurants, wine, food and on a more practical note WIFI and Rugby World Cup coverage.

John and Jane are fabulous hosts and the breakfasts were superb. The honesty bar works really well with a good choice of drinks and snacks at a reasonable price.
We will DEFINITELY be back :)

Room Tip: they are all good rooms

We arrived at Casa Dos Torres hot and exhausted after hiking from Pals and were met with a very warm welcome. Lovely room and a good shower renewed us. Then Jane offered us a drink in the lovely shady garden. We spent a very relaxing four nights there and John and Jane could not do enough for us. Lovely to sit in the shade in the garden, have a swim in the pool, chat to the other guests over an evening glass of wine before heading out for dinner. I loved the hammock too. Wake up in the morning to sun streaming in the window and the sound of breakfast getting ready in the garden....will keep us going over the winter. We loved the whole area with its lovely coves, beach, restaurants and small villages nearby. Would highly recommend Casa Dos Torres for a relaxing break.

Room Tip: Tower rooms are great but all good.
