We walked by this place our first day on Orient Beach and I considered it an option to spend a day on the beach here. We ended up picking this spot because of its seclusion. As I read on other reviews it is not as crowded as other beach bars/restaurants further south. The chairs were free if you had lunch there. My wife and I split a hamburger and fries and they charged us for one of the chairs for the day which was $5.50. The hamburger and the fries were very good.
The beach boys walked by and would get our drink or food order and deliver it us. If you prefer eating in the restaurant it is very nice for a beach bar and grill and has a nice deck with chairs and tables to eat at.
This was a nice escape from the crowds on Orient Beach. The water was more rough in this section of the beach. I think it's because this section of the beach does not have the protection of Green Cay (is that the name of it?).
