We have just returned from a week in the Beautiful Blue Gardens, we were looking forward to a quiet and relaxing break and we got so much more. Beautiful Apartments, wonderful cleaner, and a beautiful family run business.

Elena Andreas Dad and Costa cannot do enough to help and Andreas cooking is legendary!

Totally recomend for young children and for those wanting a well looked after relaxing break, with town just a 5 minute walk away, yet you feel so far away too.
Loved it

i don't usually like to go back to a place that I've visited in fear of being disappointed but no I wasn't
This time my Sister came with me and I do hope that she has the happy memories I have.
We had Easter Dinner with The Family and other guests and it was wonderful. Elena and Andreas doing it all. So lovely to have all of the Traditional Greek Food. Loved your Lemon Soup Elena and indeed the whole dinner. The Family gave us all a display of greek dancing and Marianthi did some on her own, bravo. Andreas's Fire Dance was brilliant.
The little village of Roda is at most only 8-10 minutes walk away. Not a good road, take a torch with you if coming home after dark. It's a friendly little village, be sure to walk around it and to go onto the beach. Andreas's Dad lives in the village and he is seen buzzing around on his scooter. There was a Festival and dancing on Easter Monday, Very moving to see, followed the procession back to the little church.
There are local buses into Corfu town, Cassiopi and many other places. They are fairly cheap and comfortable.would like them to
I would recommend the coach trip to Pantokrator, it was a great way to see the Island and to learn a lot about local history and the scenery is stunning. N. S. K Travel were excellent..Elena and Andreas will arrange it for you if you
All of the local Taverna's are pretty good but Blue Gardens takes some beating.
I will be returning next year for sure so i think that this says what a friendly little gem I have found. Thanks again to a very special family, Rosie

Most amazing am writing this after 10 days of our 2 weeks. Andreas and Elena cannot do enough for you, the food is bril and the prices comparible to town for drink ad well when they could easily chargeore. Would certainly recommend it to anyone it is one of the cleanest ever and can see why the wall is covered in awards going back to 2003

We visited Blue Gardens end of May for a week. The complex is small with around 11 rooms. There is a lovely pool area and an area for drinks and snacks and evening meals. There is a beautiful pergola where you can sit to avoid the midday sun. There are lovely flora and fauna around the complex which Eleni and Andreas tend to on a daily basis. Marianthi is a lovely sweet girl, very happy and always happy to speak to you. Costas usually is there from late afternoon to provide drinks through to the wee small hours.

Our apartment overlooked the pool again which was well maintained by Andreas. Our room consisted of two single beds with ample wardrobe space, extra pillows and quilts and a kitchen area with small table and all the mod cons needed. We also took advantage of puchasing the water which was left when we arrived as well as a mosquito net for the Hubby. Eleni also provides irons for 5 euros a week and also will do any washing you may have for 7 euros a load which represented great value for money.

Although we did not sample the evening meals, we did have Andreas poached eggs which were cooked to perfection. The morning coffee was also wonderful too.

I did try the huge american waffle with forest fruits as well as the baclava which was divine for me as I have a huge sweet tooth too!!!

The views from the complex were stunning, beautiful mountain backdrops in the valley and it was so peaceful in the evenings which allowed for a very good night's sleep too.

The walk to the village was about 10 minutes on foot. There are no pavements so may be a little tricky with small kiddies (hubby was whacked on the elbow the first day by a kamikazee hire car!!!!) on the way to the village so please take note when walking along the road and try to keep to the edge away from the oncoming traffic......

The hosts Eleni, Andreas Costas and Marianthi were lovely and thank you Eleni for the lift to the bus stop too xx

Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are happy to look after their guests xx

Sorry we did not get back in our final week but we will be back xxx next year for a visit xx

Michelle and Pete xx

We went for 10 days in the middle of May, from start to finish couldn't have asked for more. Owners went out of their way to be very helpful and made us feel welcome. As we are both 24, we were not sure if it would be suitable for us. However, it was very relaxing and enjoyable. Food was very nice and reasonably priced compared to nearby restaurants. The sea is only a 5 minute walk away as are the local shops and bars etc. Perfect location for us. Would definately recommend for all ages.
