Absolutely perfect place. We have our own bed and breakfast business so are extra critical but we really couldn't find anything to criticize. Staff very friendly and helpful, room spacious and comfortable, food absolutely excellent - best we have had anywhere for a long time, great location for visiting Stonehenge and Salisbury.

What an amazing place - full of quirky character and history, and very near to Stonehenge. Staff friendly, attentive and accommodating. I had the fab Cardigan room with a bath in it, which felt like the height of decadence. Very good evening meal (which was a blessing because I didn't relish going out into the stormy night!) and excellent freshly cooked breakfast. The cold breakfast choices were a little disappointing & unimaginative -- but that's my only, tiny gripe. Other than that, very good. I recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for taking the time to review us at the Rollestone Manor, following your stay in the room "Cardigan"

We are pleased to hear you enjoyed all aspects of the cooked food and were satisfied with the customer service provided.

We appreciate your feedback and will have a look at what other options there are that we could provide in our cold breakfast selection.

After a long drive from Cornwall where, we stayed in a so so room, we were so pleased to enter this top notch establishment. The exterior was neat and classy so it was no surprise to find inside was every bit as inviting. Our room was large, clean and we'll appointed, the en suite was spacious. Our hosts were warm and gracious which continued on through the superb meal we enjoyed in the dining room. An excellent wine list was the icing on the cake.
Next mornings breakfast was equally good.
I would not hesitate to recommend Rollestone Manor to anyone who enjoys the finer things in life but has to stay within a reasonable budget.

Had a wonderful stay in the Cardigan room with that amazing bath. Room was clean, spacious, comfortable, well maintained, food was perfect and reasonably priced and couldn't have asked any more from the staff. Go here.

Only one other pub in the village (The Plume of Feathers) which has a good selection of local ales and is a pleasant walk away.

We walked to Stonehenge which is a bit hairy as footpaths are slightly lacking in the area. We walked back a better route through Larkhill and along The Packway which is longer but much more pleasant. Old Sarsum is worth a visit too.

Room Tip: Cardigan Room with a wonderful roll top bath in the middle of the room!

Thank you for taking the time to review the Rollestone Manor following your recent stay.
It was great to read your feedback and to know you enjoyed your stay, especially in our Four poster room with the roll top bath.

It is always lovely to hear when guests have taken advantage of the local countryside along with the local must see sites such as Stonehenge & Old Sarum.
However i would have to agree, we do not recommend walking the A360 to Stonehenge although only a few miles the road is fast and can be dangerous.

Thanks again and was a pleasure to accommodate for you both, we hope you will visit us again in the future.
Kindest Regards

Just returned from a lovely weekend away at Rollestone Manor where we stayed whilst getting married in Salisbury. An idyllic setting yet very close to Stonehenge and within easy reach of Salisbury. Received a very warm welcome on arrival and the rooms were wonderful - warm , clean with modern facilities and far larger and more special than any hotel room you would be staying in. Were were looked after throughout our short stay by the owner and the atmosphere was very friendly. The food was fabulous and as a vegetarian the chef made a bespoke meal for us. All in all, simply lovely and we would definitely recommend Rollestone and come back to stay.
