Tried this restaurant in August 2011 as it looked nice & we got a table outside in the small seating area. first mistake! We were inundated by swarms of mosquitos, flies & other things! The pizza was very average with the crust being very white,under-cooked & insipid to the taste. The pasta was Ok as was the salad. Talking to the owner who proudly told us of his excellent english picked up in Australia...I did point out the numerous bad spelling mistakes (There are so many of them it can be come a game whilst waiting for the bill) He was really rude & told me the menu was fine & his English was faultless.... Mmmm about as good as the pizzas I'd say! 2nd time we dined there, a year later, the pizzas were the same as was the laughable menu translation. Shan't go back for food this year but might play spot the dodgy English on the menu!

We had the best food there in our 3days trip to Lake Como. I had bread gnocchi with prosciutto and mushrooms and it was great. We also had a prosciuto plate as a starter with gorgonzola cheese and mushrooms and was also very very tasty. I recommend it.

Did take away and was very reasonably priced, considering it was such a captive audience. Good quality also. Always book for a Friday or Saturday.

Pitiful dinner. Tried to sit at one table in a wide open outdoor seating area. We were instructed to sit at a different, much less desirable table by a greasy haired man leaning out the restaurant window. We should have left at that very moment.

We had our order taken and the food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The two pizzas were adequate, but we've had better in Vegas and much better in NYC (for less money!).

We noticed that other tourists, non-American, sat at our first choice of tables (no reserved cards were on the tables, mind you). Locals also came and sat, unfortunately, lighting up some nasty cigarettes and ruining the air.

We could not get our waitresses attention to get the bill as we now wanted to leave. We asked a waiter to let her know we wanted the check. After 20 minutes we still had not received the check so I caught the eye of my favorite greasy haired guy who looked exasperated and signalled me to relax and wait. By this point we were livid. The waitress finally appeared after 30 minutes had elapsed.

We finished dinner and
