We loved staying here for the week as so well situated for all the lovely beaches towns and national trust properities within an hours drive. Easy quirky layout but cosy and space enough for five and the dog. Decor and furniture fresh and everything provided (except hairdryer and of course I forgot mine) . The front bedrooms and living rooms look over the large front garden, its not secure for roaming dogs on the field side but large enough to run around on extending lead and accessed via the porch. House and garden alongside the road to Aberporth but it didn't bother us, we sat on the picnic bench in the sun most mornings for coffee. Plenty of space to park next to the back door that is tucked away from the road and step into the large lobby where you can loose all your beach/walking gear. We didn't try walking from the house as the road didn't feel safe enough for us to walk along for a group with children and dogs. If you did want to you could easliy walk to the coast path or Aberporth to eat or go to the beach.
