We had a brilliant Easter weekend, and would warmly recommend this B&B to anyone wanting a comfortable room ideally located in the Broads national park. The room is furnished to a high standard with antique wooden furniture and a sturdy old bed with a dreamily comfy mattress (rare for B&Bs!). Plenty of parking and within a shirt drive of Horning for pubs, Ludham bridge for boat hire and not far from Horsey on the coast - a must if you want to catch a glimpse of seals in the sea and sunning themselves on the sand. We had a very warm welcome as some of the first guests of the 2011 season. Breakfast is very good, with a family feel all around the big communal dining table. Perfect for sharing stories of things to do and see. Our hosts were very informative and ready with tips of where to go and what to see. Excellent.

Great little bed & breakfast in the heart of the broads. The owners are such nice friendly people and help with plans and recommendations of things to try and places to go. Lovely room at the top of the house with a brilliant view of the stunning garden. We had to use the bathroom which services the family room which is two bedrooms with the shower and toilet across a small landing. The other room was not being used so this wasn't a problem.
Breakfast was excellent food and the service was superb. Unusual in that everyone eats at the same big table, which turned out to be a joy as you talk to other guests and share stories of what you did the day before and your plans for the day ahead.
Ludham is lovely. A little walk from the B&B and some of it without a pathway which may be an issue for families with young children or disabled persons wishing to venture into the village without a car.
Recommend the King’s Arms in the village for food and drink.
Will return without a doubt.
