I've stayed at Woodlands a few times over the past few years. I've always found it a nice place to stay, with friendly owners and lovely grounds.
The breakfast was delicious, and is your typical full English breakfast. The guesthouse has large gardens, and a pool, though its use is obviously limited to summer. Some of the rooms are en-suite, while others have shared facilities.
Travellers with mobility issues should note that all the guest rooms are located upstairs (as with many B&Bs), but there is a self-catering option available on ground level which should be enquired about if you have concerns (though I haven't stayed in it myself).
The bed and breakfast is located between Cromer, Holt, and Sheringham, so it is convenient for many of the sites in that area of Norfolk, yet has a more country-feel to it since it is not in the towns themselves.
Note that you will need your own car (there is plenty of parking) as the bed and breakfast is not located within walking distance of tourist attractions (or many restaurants).
