We spent 4 nights at the Eiders in Norfolk. We had a really lovely time.Caroline, is a wonderful host, nothing is to much trouble, We stayed in room 3, which has a little balcony, there is a pond with ducks, lovely for young children,as Caroline provides bread for the children to feed them.
The weather was fantastic,so we spent one afternoon around the pool, which is a great added bonus for a B & B.
Breakfast, good choice and very tasty! plenty of towels in bathroom, mini fridge, bottled water, lots of little extras. Spotlessly clean room.

Will definetly go again. Thank you Caroline

Just spent a weekend at the Eiders B&B and on arrival we were given complimentary tea and cake. Caroline made us feel so welcome, the room was lovely and clean with everything in it you need for your weekend break and they even supplied a fridge to put your drinks in. Our room overlooked the duck pond with a balcony and we were lucky enough to witness the arrival of 7 baby ducklings.
The outdoor swimming pool was lovely and warm with plenty of loungers to relax in.
Breakfast was superb with a huge choice and nothing was to much trouble.
Our final thoughts on this B&B is you arrive as a guest and go home feeling like a friend.
We would definitely stay again for longer hopefully.
We'll done Caroline and James.

Spent 3 nights at The Eiders in Norfolk. I must say that my wife and I were totally impressed with this establishment. A welcoming tea and cake set the scene, The room was spotlessly clean and the fridge, complete with "real" milk was much appreciated!
Caroline was the perfect host and most helpful in all respects.
The breakfast choice was superb and the supply of newspapers in the dining room was a nice touch.
Could not fault our stay here. Minor problems with a hairdryer and shower were soon sorted.
The Eiders is conveniently situated between Cromer and Sherringham. The sister hotel in West Runton serves good evening meals with a 10% discount for Eiders residents.
Caroline was very kind in supplying us with ice cubes to help us convey Cromer crab and lobster back home to Lincolon!
A little surprised at the lack of energy saving lightbulbs in the bedroom.
An outstanding break!!

Room Tip: All rooms seem very good. Room 6, being at the end of the plumbing line has fairly low shower pressu...

We stayed here with my 6 year old daughter and 11 week old son.

Caroline welcomed us on arrival with a large slice of chocolate cake and a pot of tea.

The room was spotless, breakfast lovely, swimming pool area was a little sun trap where I sat with the baby and a glass of wine on a sun lounger and my partner and daughter went for a swim.

Close to Cromer and other local attractions.

Definately recommend the carvery at the dormy hotel, beautiful roasties.

Overall a lovely B and B with everything that you need and friendly owners. We came home feely refreshed.

One recommendation to make it perfect for us would have been blackout curtains to avoid our 5am baby wake up call!!

We will definitely be back x

Welcomed with delicious home made cake and coffee. Room was spotlessly clean. Caroline very welcoming and ensured we had a good stay. James provides a good breakfast and there is plenty of choice - from traditional bacon and egg to smoked salmon with scrambled eggs. Very convenient location for exploring area. The sign in reception 'ENTER AS STRANGERS, LEAVE AS FRIENDS' sums up The Eiders. We will certainly stay again if we visit north Norfolk in the future.

Well, where do I start. We had read all the reviews so were expecting a nice Bed and Breakfast but did not expect such a superb place. The accommodation was out of this world, all the little extras that were included I.e lovely toiletries, cotton wool balls etc in the bathroom, tea coffee ,hot chocolate and biscuits. They all added to the experience. We were welcomed by the lovely Caroline who made us tea, coffee and cake when we arrived. We had a room with a balcony and sitting out and being entertained by the ducks was very special. The breakfast was awesome, so much choice.All.in all a wonderful place.Do not miss a visit to Dormy House hotel for an evening meal. lovely.... We regularly stay at Eiders when we visit Norfolk for our golf weekends. It is comfortable, spotlessly clean, welcoming and always a pleasure. It is a great base for visiting all the Norfolk gems such as Sheringham, Holt and Cromer as they are all a short drive away. We would never stay anywhere else as we would miss Caroline's sunny smile and the ducks! Highly recommended.

Room Tip: All rooms are good but those overlooking the duck pond, with the little terrace, are the best.
