We were very disappointed when we at at the Grill Room in the Quay Hotel & Spa. For a restaurant that specializes in grilling, we were shocked to learn they were out of filet mignon, had only one rib eye left and it was a disappointment. This rib eye was not a quality cut and was significantly smaller than the 10 oz. size the menu claimed it to be. Add a price tag for this rib eye of 26.95 English Pounds (about $46) and I was frankly astonished. Then we had trouble getting any of the wait staff to come to the table. While the management did apologize, it hardly makes up for the quality-for-cost factor. I would certainly not eat a steak here and I cannot speak to the other items on the menu.
