Would definitely return. Staff were all welcoming , views were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Visited with my 80 yr old mum and she loved it. Everywhere was spotless, facilities in the room were great. We stopped in a suite and had our own patio to sit out on to take in the fabulous views.

Went for a 2 night break with Secret Escapes and had a fantastic room with balcony overlooking the River Conwy. Could watch the tide go out and come in and see Conwy Castle and excellent sunset one night! There are lots of interesting wading birds on the mud flats when the tide goes out . . . Oystercatchers, Redshanks and Curlew. Had lunch in the bar when we arrive and everything was really good and then we went a walk along the riverside path towards the main road bridge into Conwy. We are both vegetarian and there were several choices for our evening meal and although there was not much on our plate we were both full by the time we had finished our dessert and coffee. Breakfast was good and plentiful with everything you could wish for. We ate in the Grill Bar the following night and the Cassolet of winter vegetables with chick peas and Garlic bread was quite substantial and very tasty! We had a swim in the pool, which was a good size and would definitely visit The Quay Hotel and Spa again.

Room Tip: We had a first floor room with a balcony overlooking the river which gets the afternoon sun and you...

This was our fourth visit to The Quay Hotel & Spa and everything was just as good as all the other visits. We took 3 other couples on a golf trip for the men & shopping/site seeing trip for the ladies. The staff are wonderful and very attentive. Nothing is too much trouble. Food is superb and the location is perfect & surrounding views terrific. We will certainly return & so will our friends

Started a bit slow but worked it's way up to near perfect. We were met by Sandra who couldn't do enough for us on our arrival. Room was fantastic and overlooked Conway which is my Wife's and my favourite place. We used the main restaurant for our first nights meal were the staff were slow and left us waiting a while for our orders. Food was excellent and service improved over the evening. Spa the next day was very relaxing and enjoyable. We again used the restaurant the second evening and everything was spot on, service, food, staff and the whole thing was exceptional. We will definitely be back soon to enjoy it all again.

Room Tip: Stay riverside the views are exceptional.

Dear Guest

Thank you for your valued feedback, following your stay with us earlier in the month. Good to hear that Sandra looked after you on arrival and you were so appreciative of our location and stunning views across to your favourite town of Conwy.

Apologies for the slow service on your first evening, but I am pleased to note that the restaurant team were "spot on" for your second dining experience.

Great to hear that you will definitely be returning and I look forward to welcoming you back on that occasion.

I visited the Quay spa over the new year for some much needed relaxation, and it did not disappoint.

It is located right on the river with beautiful views, and with great facilities. I was particularly keen on the hydrotherapy pool with wonderful massaging jets.

I booked the daydream package and the massage was perfect. The staff were ever present and very helpful, I cant fault the service I received and would gladly recommend it to anyone.

Room Tip: I didn't stay in the hotel, just a day break at the spa, but there are some fantastic views over...

Stayed at the hotel with my husband for a weekend away to climb mount Snowden and explore local area. We were thrilled with the hotel its location, style, spa, restaurant and staff were all fantastic. We booked the online sparkle into spring promotion which provided us with added luxuries we would not normally consider but made the escape more rewarding. We had lots of help from various reception staff finding information on Snowden and finding local eateries etc. We would highly recommend a romantic weekend and would hope to visit again in the future. The only negative is very minor the bathroom was great but the water pressure was very, very low which culminated in a disappointing shower.

We went to the Quay Hotel & Spa for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The location on the bank of the estuary was good and the views over Conwy from our balcony were stunning. The facilities in the hotel were excellent, the room was exceptional and we will definitely stay here again as we love this part of Wales and it is a good base for exploration.

Room Tip: Definitely an estuary view.
