I went for a Spa day on Saturday 19th April which included use of facilities, lunch and 2 x treatments of a back scrub and a facial for £80.
I filled out the form on it I put I suffer from rocessa, my therapist Zoe used mattifying product on my face when any one even a QUALIFIED therapist would know to use a calming product, the next day my face was on fire and I felt as if I needed to scratch it for the pain to go, the products she had used had stripped layers off my skin!! I contacted the hotel and sent them pictures of my face and the booklet of what products she used, they said they would contact me, a week later no contact I emailed again, I received a reply saying the spa manager would be in touch and a complimentary lunch for two, Faye phoned me the next day we had a chat and she said she would post me products for my face to help my skin recover, well that was over a week ago and I still haven't received anything. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement my skin is awful. If u want a pamper day go somewhere else, I just hope there other services are not like this and I certainly won't be
taking the offer of a free lunch.
