“As a museum poor”
Reviewed 11 May 2014

Free to enter the very small and cluttered museum. It serves to get you into their shop and their restaurant. We picked up a leaflet and decided to visit it as it emphasised the museum aspect. As a museum it is poor. The shop did have free tasting of the cider which is useful to find out whether you liked their cider and which of their ciders you liked. We went more for a museum visit and were therefore disappointed although there were some interesting descriptions of cider making on some boards. There was a restaurant but we did not use it. It is down some very narrow and winding lanes with some of the sign posts partially obscured by trees.

“Superb cider”
Reviewed 6 May 2014

Can't comment on the museum, but tasted the cider range and chose the medium vintage. Best ever! Brought 2 gallons home...

“Good atmosphere. very helpful staff and nice food”
Reviewed 22 April 2014

We went here to have snack lunch and was not disappointed. The café is small but very friendly and the food was excellent. Bought some cider after trying the very open and welcoming tasters.
Found I had a flat tyre and so a member of the staff went and got a pump and inflated the tyre while another member checked on the location of a tyre dealer.
This is service above and beyond but I believe is typical of their approach to their customers.
Having got the tyre fixed - went back for afternoon tea!!

“The best cider ever”
Reviewed 5 March 2014 via mobile

The museum is nice but the shop is excellent and they have a nice little cafe too. The fresh cider is excellent and they have free tastings all year round. The village it is set in is very pretty although some of the local roads are suffering from the recent bad weather so take care driving here.

I return here to buy cider every time I'm passing within 20 miles because it is so good. It's nice to see a small business doing well and deservedly so, they have some amazing products.

“Making trips to the inlaws bearable since 2005!!!”
Reviewed 31 December 2013

I've been a fan of Perrys since my inlaws introduced me to the place on one of my first visits to Somerset.

Its undergone a wonderful transformation in the time I've been visiting, the old shop in the barn did have wonderful character, which I do miss, but the new shop and cafe are welcome additions, the product ranges are superb. I always make a point in stocking up for the trip home, much better cider than anything the super markets can offer.

Really recommend a visit if your ever in the area.
