Having stayed in a number of B & B's and hotels near the NEC over the last 6 years at last we have found a good one THE KINGSCLIFFE. If you check their site and you can book in don't even bother to look at any more you have found the perfect one. A self contained chalet with all the comfort you need and the beds you will have the best nights sleep ever I wanted to take mine home with me. Breakfast was very good anything you wanted howerve you wanted it.
Wish we had stayed more than one night maybe next year. Keep up the good work Jenny

Having to attend a trade show at the NEC in Birmingham, I was lucky to find this little gem. Just 10-15 minutes from the exhibition centre, it couldn't be more convenient. The guest room is a chalet style room in the garden, so is very private. Modern fixtures and spotlessly clean. The hosts have the perfect combination of being attentive to your needs but not obtrusive.

Another great stay at the Kingscliffe. Excellent accomodation and fantastic service (as usual). Have stayed here for an exhibition since 2008 and would never go anywhere else

We stayed here in December for Rock with Laughter at the LG Arena. Jenny is great - dropped us off and picked us up (& even thankfully checked we had our tickets on us before we left the house!). The cabin is private, cosy and comfortable and the breakfast great too. As others have said its the little touches that make it special - bottled water, juice drink & REAL milk in the fridge, lovely fruit with breakfast. We will definitely recommend Kingscliffe to friends & family visiting the LG Arena.

Just like last time we stayed, Jenny welcomed us warmly, and this time even picked us up from the station! The cabin room is comfortable, warm and welcoming - home from home in fact. With bottled water, juice and REAL milk in the fridge, (great for the "teapots" we are)we had everything we could possibly need. Great shower and comfy beds too. It felt private, and yet we felt very well looked after by Jenny. All in all, a perfect trip!
