This restaurant is well hidden in the midst of the Malvasia vineyards in the valley of Val di Chiesa, not far from the Sanctuary, between Leni and Malfa, but much closer to Leni. We went there three times. I recommend the house antipasti, featuring classics such as the Caponata di Melanzane, zucchini flower fritters and Aeolian specialities featuring the famous Salina capers. Try the stuffed squid in Malvasia wine or the Aeolian style linguine, with capers (of course), swordfish, tomatoes, pine nuts... Great unpretentious food using great ingredients - that is what Italian cuisine is all about.
