“comfortable, spacious and friendly”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 September 2013

Good points: Very friendly staff, Not far from city centre. Shuttle bus service is handy, though it finishes at 9.15pm so we often ended up getting a taxi back from city centre later at night. Great pool, generally quiet, Superior rooms have lots of space with extra seating area, large bathroom, two sinks.
Bad point: breakfast very disappointing. no proper orange juice. one coffee machine to queue for, virtually all the cooked food was inedible, After 2 days we realised the best thing was just the bread and jam.

Room Tip: go for a superior room

So what are you waiting for ? go really.

Room Tip: ring a couple of days before visiting so they know your name personally it usually works

Stayed for a weekend in this hotel in June 2013
The value is incredible , the room are spacious , clean has all the normal functionalities for a 4 star hotel
The breakfast is good
The shuttle to the city center is an exellent sollution , much better than driving , or other means of transportation ( could be better if extended after 10 PM )
The hotel is outside the city but close to a shopping area ( el corte ingles , carrefour ... )
In general I recommend strongy this hotel for visiting this beautiful city
Thanks fro the great stay

We stayed at the hotel during the weekend. Apparently they occasionally organize parties that attract lots of noisy people. We couldn't sleep well because the party/hotel guests were yelling in the hallways in the middle of the night. Our room consisted of 2 levels which wasn't handy. The pool was very nice. The hotel is inconveniently located right at a big road, far from the center of town. They have a shuttle bus that delivers you from the hotel to the city centre and vice versa, but they don't ride during siesta and only till nine o'clock (dinner time in Spain).

The hotel looked great, spacious and great for a 1 one night stay in Seville.
But... They gave us probably the worst room of the hotel. There was na engine running across the room all night, made it almost impossible to sleep.
It's an outdated 4**** hotel in need of renovation in the rooms.
The only plus side was the breakfast, with a nice selection of fruits and pastries.
For the deal we had was ok, but I was still disapointed...

Room Tip: Don't stay @ room 2009!

This hotel is best if you have your own car, or with a tour as it’s just off the motorway and quite difficult to get into the centre of spectacular Seville, although the hotel does have its own shuttle to and fro the hotel at a one-off cost of €2, so very inexpensive. It’s just a shame the last return bus is at the early hour of 9pm, where most restaurants are opening their doors for dinner. Keep this in mind as you’ll have to return to the hotel by taxi, at an approximate cost of €15, if you’re wanting to eat out in the evening.

Like a previous TripAdvisor reviewer mentioned, this hotel has so much potential. First of all, it’s massive! When you enter the hotel, you observe a huge area with all rooms surrounding the lobby and a fountain being the focal point at the far end. Once checked in, we discovered the elevator wasn’t working so it was quite a trek to get to our room with all our luggage on the second floor. Not the most auspicious of starts! The room itself was satisfactory but it’s obvious this purpose-built hotel from the 70’s hasn’t had a major renovation which is what it really needs since it’s now very outdated. Our room having some antique artifacts we had difficulty in identifying, such as the hairdryer and safe that are from a bygone era! Still, they’re functional. The bed had seen its sell-by date made up of two singles when we wanted a double - we’re a married couple and want to sleep in the same bed, not two singles put together although this appears to be quite common in hotels on the continent. Also, there is no duvet, rather its sheets which for me really isn’t sufficient as I love the feel and warmth of a good duvet, even when it's 30C outside.

We go to the gym when we visit hotels and, again, the hotel really lets itself down. There was only one out-of-service treadmill, a stationary bike and a meager quantity of weights. All were ancient and it appeared this area has just been left to rot. There is a sauna though we didn’t try it but it’s there nonetheless.

We eat at the hotel’s restaurant on the first night and we were both surprised by the quality. After reading other reviews of the indifferent quality of the food, perhaps we were lucky as ours was cooked perfectly and with skill and the portions were huge. Breakfast was included in our room rate and the choice was amazing – you could choose a cooked breakfast, cold meats and hams, cereal, buns with preserves and jams, so whatever you’re in the mood for on that particular morning. I don’t expect much when breakfast is included as it’s normally a bog standard continental so it was great to see the choice on offer.

What we also liked about the hotel was the complimentary parking, Wi-Fi, breakfast and inexpensive shuttle service, sadly something which most hotels will now expect us all to pay. However, the hotel really needs someone to invest in it and bring it in to the 21st century. If so, it could be the hotel it likely once was when opened all those years ago.

Despite the shortcomings, would we return?....absolutely!

We stayed here in August and got a really good price on the hotel. When you first walk in the hotel is nice with a big open reception and foyer. The room we booked was suppose to be a family room but really was one double bed with a pull out sofa bed fine when you are a couple with small children but if you have teenagers not so good. However the room was imaculate and the bathroom was beautiful could of done with a few more plug sockets though we had to take it in turns to charge phones, cameras etc. The hotel is just outside of sevilla city center great if you have a car which we did. The grounds of the hotel are extensive and include plenty of green space and a decent size pool. The restaurants have great food especially the outdoor restaurant with the open BBQ however the food is a little expensive but the quality is good. I would recommend this hotel if you want to use it as a base to see sevilla and surrounding areas we even drove to Gibralta.
