“Great week away!”
Reviewed 7 June 2014

This hotel was lovely! A beautiful room, with a fabulous view. The staff at the hotel were polite and friendly, making you feel welcome and at ease. the food at the hotel was good. It was in a great location, not far from the beach, and there was always something going on in the hotel. Activities such as aqua golf, archery and darts, run by the entertainment staff. In particular Aitor and Javier worked well as a team and made you feel at ease when attempting to do the activities. Most evenings there was a show or a quiz, reasonable entertainment.

I meant to write this review after staying at this hotel for Xmas and New Year 2013/14, but time really manages to slip past very rapidly.

This is a lovely hotel. Beautiful rooms, wonderful friendly and efficient staff, good entertainment and the food is second to none. Absolutely faultless.

We were so happy and relaxed there that on arriving back in the UK I booked immediately for this Xmas and New Year.

Here I rest my case. It is summed up in a nutshell. Try it and see for yourselves.

Room Tip: We had a room on the first floor (ground to you and I) and despite everything being on that floor...

It was my husband and I's first holiday together just the two of us in 18 years so this holiday meant a lot to us. The hotel itself we could not fault, very clean, professional and the staff were always very helpful. The suite's were very clean and smelt fresh everyday. The food was in abundance from 0800hrs. The food in the restaurant was very good, plenty of choice, the only point I would raise is that the restaurant could be made to be a little bit more personnel and romantic instead of it looking like a school dinner hall, but that being said, we have already booked to go back to this hotel again in November, so please don't take my one comment about the restaurant and discard this hotel as you will be sorry.....

Room Tip: Try and stay above the 2nd floor as we were on the ground level which to be fair was a fab room and...

The food looks great but is rather bland. Unfortunately the cooks need the recipe for tempura batter and yorkshire pudding as they appear to be using the wrong flour!
Other than that we had agood week

This was our third visit to the suite princess and we enjoyed it every bit as much as the first time we went. The staff are excellent and all speak good English.
On our first and second visit we upgraded to the black bands, but this time we decided not to and we didn't miss anything of the extras you get with upgrading. The local spirits and the cava wine were excellent.
The hotel does need a bit of decorating and we noticed that some of this was being done.
We enjoyed our holiday very much, the weather was excellent, and we enjoyed the free bus to Puerto Mogan every day. We will be returning very soon.

Room Tip: We always ask for a high floor and you get great views

Just returned after our second stay at this cracking hotel, certainly not our last. Dont know how sane certain people are that can find any negative comments about this place. All the staff from reception, waiters and housekeeping are cheerful, friendly and take pride in their work.
I have never been in any other hotel abroad where cleaning is so meticulous and frequent even down to sun beds and bins round the pool. The rooms are spacious and more than adequate with enormous comfotable beds. The food / restaurants are brilliant, spoilt for choice and fresh and hot and I would challenge anyone even fussy eaters not able to find something to their taste. Met some great people there all happy and more than satisfied which is due I believe to the proficient way the hotel is run . Guests return to this hotel time and time again which is something we have never done before but certainly will in future.(1 couple we met last year back again for the 13th time) If you are one that likes to read negatives the only thing I would say that there is nowhere really for an evening stroll but who needs that when the hotel facilities are enough for a totally relaxing break. As much as we love our grandchildren it was great not to have kids winging and noisy round the pools and in restaurants

Room Tip: Try a room on the top floor. An upgrade to black band is worth it. (Cheaper to book direct with hot...

Checked out this hotel a couple of years ago whilst staying at a nearby hotel and thought wow. Unfortunately it's more ow than wow, although the brochure said it had been renovated the only area we could see that had been was reception. The rest of the hotel is in dire need of a lick of paint especially the rooms and balconies which have cracks in down to the reinforcing. Don't know if the entertainment improves high season, we went in May, but a quiz night with just twenty questions and three girls dancing on another night isn't really up there.
