The hotel part is adequate. But my experience at the pool will be the one that embodies this place.
First, the pool is not exclusive to the guests. It's open to the public so if you are looking for a relaxing time next to the pool forget it. Music blaring and general din is the order of the day.
Second, the plastic sunbed next to my partner was dirty and had spiderwebs and other debris hanging from it, so I changed it for a cleaner one. Halfway through the process the "lifeguard" stopped smoking long enough to yell at me like some teacher to a child I can't move the sunbeds they are in special "order".
So I had to use a dirty sunbed because it was so very important that the "order" remain.
In the meantime what looked like some sort of football team showed up. Smitten, the "lifeguard" looked on while they stood in the pool on top of one another's shoulders and did stunts. She said nothing. Exchanging two plastic sunbeds exacts unmitigated wrath while antics that could result in serious injury are no problem whatsoever.
I pointed out this irony to the "lifeguard" and she looked up from her beer and said "there is the exit". This is how clients are treated at Tenuta Larenzania.
I would add that the only view from the place is up a hillside which prominently features a large modern ugly industrial barn. Leave this place to the locals.
