I had the pleasure of being taken to this hotel restaurant for dinner. Despite the large number in the party our set menu was more than excellent. Superb, superlative. Even our French hosts were very impressed. Mini eclairs stuffed with artichoke purée, and puréed cauliflower and black olive amuses bouches , spider crab and salmon mousses with asparagus, jaret de porc, and a fabulous strawberry concoction.....the expertise, attention to detail, flavours and fresh local produce were an absolute treat. I cannot speak highly enough of the cuisine. And the waiting staff were professional, attentive and friendly. What a find.
