We stopped here for three nights in July. The chambre d'hòte is nicely located in a very quiet area, yet only five minutes walk from the railway station and the old town centre.

The owners are lovely and helpful, the rooms are very clean and spacious, and the breakfast is excellent with breads, cheese, home-made jams etc. Wifi works well.

Excellent value for money too. Be aware that parking off-road is tight, and you may need to negotiate with other guests times of leaving. Outside the parking is a "zone bleu".

We stayed here overnight on our way south, as others have said the location is great, being only a short stroll from the centre of Troyes.
The room we had was spacious and well decorated and our hostess was charming, friendly and helpful.
The only drawback is that there is no sign advertising its' presence and it was not easy to find immediately in the pouring rain.
However if you want a comfortable stop for a day or two L'Embellie should be considered.

We booked this as an alternative to an Ibis in town. It is close to the station and a short 10 minute walk to the centre of Troyes. The hosts were very helpful and breakfast was very good. The rooms are beautifully done.

Spent 2 nights at this B&B. The house is placed in a quiet road with a nice garden on its front. I liked the old fashioned look, which gives a great "french touch" to the building. Coming by train I appreciated its proximity to the train station. City centre is a small walk away as well.

The room was charming, clean, spacious and well furnished, TV and free wi-fi were a great plus. The hostess is very welcoming and helpful.

A nice touch are the homemade juice and jams for breakfast.

As two couples we stayed one night here on our way south to Provence. We wanted somewhere not too far from the city centre with a little more character than the big chain hotels. We certainly found it here. In a quiet side street not too far from the main station and within easy walking distance of the city centre for restaurants or shopping. This typical French style house with high ceilings and large bedrooms has been beautifully updated without sacrificing any of its character.
Our hostess was very welcoming, chatty and keen to give us any information we might need about eating out. Breakfast was a real treat, she even cooked us Pain Perdu which really set us up for the day ! All in all I would certainly recommend this Chambre d'hote as being great value for money and a very pleasant place to spend a night or two.
