I book the hotel through booking.com. As it appeared on the first page and on the top cheapest, so I grab it. I keyed in 'Gare Du Nord' which is the only place we like to stay everytime we go paris. Unfortunetely, this hotel was 30min away and i sent the email request to asked them if I can cancel it. And asked they other option about it. Despite several email sent, non of it have been replied.
I called up the hotel and they twisted all words. And refuse to give the phone to the mananger. I had spent more then usd150 just to call them up.
Very disapointed with all the staff. Very disapointed with the hotel service. They manange to charge me for 4nights staying. Yea... 7min of reservation cost me eur338.
Never ever book this hotel and perhaps all hotels under Novotel group. Never responsible of what they have said. And asking me 'why did you cancel the reservation? Is your family member passed away?. Only then, we can do the refund'. Stupid argument ever.
