We were wondering if it was worthwile going for about 2km on a sandy road, to what might could even be a tourist-trap (we got the leaflet on the parking of the Segesta archeological site) but this was definitely the best place we had lunch at during our whole holidayweek in the Trapani-region. The setting is wonderful, in the middle of nowhere with a beautiful view on the surrounding nature from the terrace, the service is extremely friendly and the food is superb. The antipasto on its own was a complete meal for our children, and we only took one more dish (I had the pasta, my husband chose the secondo di carne). All excellent quality for a very low price. Our children had fun on the grass (plenty of space to play), while we were having a relaxing lunch.
