Good hotel, good location nearby motorway connections, but far enough away not to hear.
Food and beer at the restaurant next door was very good.
Wine was a bit pricey.
Room clean, modern and very comfortable.

Thank you for all of your comments, they will encourage guests to choose our hotel in the future. In deed, the hotel's location is only 2km from the E411 (Brussels-Luxembourg) motorway, but in a quite small city...it's why the hotel is perfect for an overnight stop for holidaymakers. We hope you will come back and see us again soon....to taste other Belgian and foreign beers!

Good location for touring south eastern Belgium, mainly the Ardennes and Luxembourg. Room large and clean. Breakfast is decent with fresh orange juice, though vegetables missing. Staff is O.K. Car is essential, plenty of parking space.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave us one hour free of jacuzzi which was very clean and ready to use. Overall, the hotel is very clean. The bed is soft but firm.
TV in many languages. Nice view of country side. The breakfast restaurant is very big, with nice view. It opens 6.30am. There is staff there to prepare fresh scrambled eggs or omelet. You can have fresh orange juice. Nice local products. Very nice bread.
Its a bit far from the center, but at walkable distance. Moreover, the bus stop is right in front the hotel, and buses are very frequent. Just a few steps away from the city there are several trails for hiking into the woods. Also there are city bikes available for free.

Room Tip: Rooms at the back have view to the fields

As my wife and I were travelling with two young kids (both under three) so our considerations might be a little different than most. But still worth reading as some points were very telling of the service…. I don’t mean to deter from staying at this hotel, however if you do have small children, this might not be the place for you….
So for the good:
• Great breakfast, fully loaded with fresh juice, cereal, freshly made eggs, coffee, etc. etc.
• Great view from the breakfast room
• Very comfy and clean
• Right next to a supermarket if you need to stock up
• Ideal location outside the town, near the highway so you don’t get stuck in any traffic
• Close to many of the sights in the Ardennes
For the not so good:
We arrived late at night from the airport, and specifically emailed the hotel asking for a toddler bed and infant cot to be set up. When we arrived, both beds were not set (in our room, but with no sheets, and still bent in their “ready to store” packaging. We tried putting the baby cot together and it didn’t work for us, so we went to the front desk asking for assistance, and were told “I don’t have a baby, how should I know?”. When I asked for instructions online, the front desk attendant shrugged and told me they don’t know. The next morning, we asked the morning staff to put together the bed, which when we were told it was put together, we came back to a baby cot which was leaning heavily, and seemed completely unsafe (two of the hinges had pieces which had fallen off). The second bed barely fit in the room, and we decided not to use it.
