Cromleach Lodge is very good for food. The menu is wide and varied and Sunday lunch is very reasonable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location can be difficult to find, but it is well sign posted. Well worth a visit.

we spent a most pleasant weekend in this lovely hotel, which has quadrupled in size since our last visit more than 30 years ago! The staff are very friendly and obliging and noting is too much trouble. We had a lovely room with great views across to the mountain, and two very comfortable armchairs - just as well, because the weather did not encourage outdoor pursuits! Dinner was very good as opposed to spectacular...... small things like serving the same selection of veg on both nights were somewhat disappointing. Breakfast was good, although the lack of variety in both breads and sweetmeats needs to be reviewed, as does having to ask for marmelade on both mornings! The lack of wi-fi in the rooms was rather disappointing, but rather not have it at all than have it patchy! We'd be happy to return.

Good Parts
- Great View
- Nice, Modern Clean Room
- Dinner very good

Points that need improvement
- Need Bar / Bar Food Menu as alternative to restaurant
- Wifi in rooms -
- Table service in bar rather than order at bar
- breakfast needs a big improvement - seems to be overrun - understocked
- need to rethink the breakfast buffet location including brighter lights

The hotel needs to decide is it a destination / resort or accommodation

Room Tip: Avoid Garden View rooms

Cromleach hotel is a great place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone staying in the area. It's family run and the owners keep a close eye on their business. Rooms were very clean and fresh with nice furnishings. Breakfast was of a very good standard, lovely quality breads and fruit along with the full Irish. The area is quiet but Sligo town is not far away. Would stay there again.

Room Tip: Rooms to the front of hotel

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night and we were not disappointed! By far the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. We booked late and had to stay in a standard room as it was a very busy weekend at the lodge. However, I was very impressed by the "standard room". We even had a balcony with a view although obstructed by the glass walkway connecting the buildings, it was some view nonetheless! I absolutely loved the room setup! There was a key carded door which led to our room and 2 others which meant zero noise! Best nights sleep in a hotel I've ever had! I cannot praise this hotel enough. If you're looking for somewhere to just relax and relieve some stress, then this place is ideal. The view of Lough Arrow is just breathtaking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We went to the Ciunas Spa twice during our stay. We were charged 10 euro each to use the thermal areas as much as we liked during our stay which was very reasonable. This included use of the steam room, sauna and my personal favorite the hot tub overlooking Lough Arrow! I can honestly say I've never felt as relaxed as I did whilst enjoying the outdoor hot tub. The view was amazing. There was even a rainbow! The staff at the spa were so friendly and welcoming. We didn't eat at the hotel as we had a meal on the way to the hotel and were too lazy to get up for breakfast. During our stay we also did the Labby Walk. I was very keen to do it as the description on the website promised it to be worthwhile. The views were amazing but it was very tiring with a lot of uphilling walking. Prepare yourself for a hike! We made the mistake of going to the spa before the walk. We were so tired from the spa that we didn't get to fully enjoy the walk. Also it was raining which put a damper on things but on a nice day this walk would be great! My boyfriend and I decided within a couple hours of our stay that we would be back in a couple of months. 10/10 from us!

Room Tip: Get a superior room as they have the best view! Well worth the extra money.

One night stay, quiet location with wonderful view over lough Arrow. Didn't get chance to try the spa unfortunately. Had delicious dinner, friendly and attentive staff especially the lady who served our pre-dinner drinks in the bar. Good tasty breakfast, again with friendly staff. Overall a good hotel, maybe not much to do apart from the spa? and I'm sure the outdoor areas and bedroom balconies are a great addition in the summer time

We stayed two weekend nights with a family party of 8. This hotel was very well managed, the staff were extremely friendly. It is ideal for a peaceful getaway, very refreshed after it. The scenery is majestic, with idyllic walks. The only criticism is that the dinner menu was restrictive in its choices.

Room Tip: Far away from function room so no noise at all.
