My stay at this hotel was ok , but a week before we came we was told about the main restaurant area would be closed for renovation, due to this we would have to eat at the Las Palmas bar area and would have to eat outside, there was a lot of flys and a lot of them were all over the food , this was very disappointing and I feel we didn't receive the service we should for what we paid to be all inclusive , other then this the staff were lovely and the hotel room was very clean , also towards the end they decided to paint the floor near the reception area which really smelt and wasn't nice when sunbathing , kids club was great when my kids went but they didn't go much , the entertainment on a evening was pretty boring and was always on quiet late at night x

Thank you for your insights following your recent visit. We always look for ways to improve and your comments are crucial to our future success

We lament reading that our buffet offer did not live up to your expectations as our professional Chefs strive to surprise our guests with a high standard gastronomy and the possibility to savor the best of the local cuisine as well as the finest international delights,

Regarding flys inform you that we currently have a current contract with a specialized company that regularly perform their work of disinfestation and rodent control in the hotel according to current regulations, so you can be sure that there is no health problem in the hotel. However, we would like to emphasize that we are located in a geographical area that due to weather conditions is very prone to the appearance of these insects and although we maintain a very exhaustive control, we are aware that in some cases they appear in the hotel.

On the other hand, at Barceló we have created a new concept of children entertainment aimed at expanding and stimulating creative, interpersonal and environmental sensibility through a well studied program of activities for each group of kids depending on the age range therefore we are glad to read that your kids took full advantage of our program and made new friends and expériences whilst staying in Allegro Isora.

The service was good in every ways. The animators are very interested and doing a very good job. The food is varied, at every meal we could find something really delicious (although the variety of fruits and vegetables could have been more rich). The location is really good, not wit too much crowd. The black sand is very unusual, very interesting. The only negative thing I could say is the condition of rooms (furniture usable, but really needs a change, toilets with problems). It was very successful trip, I would recommend this hotel/place openhearted.

Just came back from a wonderful holiday here. We were a little apprehensive on departure after reading some negative reviews about the restaurant situation. True the restaurant was closed, we however enjoyed eating under the palm trees next to the pool. Food was great and lots of it. Even on the times we arrived late for breakfast, lunch or diner there was still more than enough and great veriety.
Great open bar! The drinks included in the all inclusive were, lets say, well endowed.
Apartments were clean and well kept. We had a lovely ocean view on our terrace (C404).
Pool area was nice. Sunbeds were plenty however due to be renewed, which were on the day of our departure.
Animation and entertainment team went out of there way to ensure a great holiday.
Very nice black sandy beach 10 min walk from hotel. Sand gets very hot in Tenerife sun though. Bring swimming shoes.
All in all great choice to stay on Tenerife.

Room Tip: Top floor on block C had great ocean and sunset view

we Had the best holiday staying at Allegro Isora, all staff were fantastic, always helpful and really cared about their guests. Eating by the oil was a lovely experience for us, we think it’s great the hotel is making developments, it shows they care about the experience and service they offer. The change to meal location ran very smoothly which we were very impressed with given its a huge change for staff too. I would 100% recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future!

Very good hotel , friendly staff . Activities in hotel , room , food was very good . Nice view from balcony , for the ocean . Apartament is arranged from room with kitchen , bedroom , bathroom . Food very delicates : fish, sea fruits , chicken , meet , many kind od fruit and vegetables . Good drinks . All very good !!!
