The location is superb. Rooms are clean and air conditioned. Service is good but not consistent sometimes. The biggest issue is the restaurant service which is struggling with typical issues in polish restaurants - lack of attention to customers (sometimes). Food is very good but couldn't say is great. Overall, hotel is great for summer vacation with family or SPA for couples in other time (spring, autumn, winter). Kids get never bored - there is always something to do: horses, tennis, biking, pool. Great location for biking trips. Several things could be improved but anyway I love this hotel and the place. Spent great vacations this year with my family.

A superb looking place but lacks for guest pampering and some kind of final touch.
Disappointing organization of private events, the Romantic restaurant (supposedly a superb slow food one) is slow indeed but that's it - food could have been better, staff did not react for our remarks concerning food quality, generally so so.
Spa - looks nice but you would really expect a better quality of massage and body treatments - disappointing.
Generally, a very overpriced hotel. A great deal of better places in the area.

Iv been there few times thru years.
Now I would only go in monday/tu/wen.
Used to be perfect ,now its wellknown.
Charming but crowded in weekends, holidays and etc.
Avoid weekends if you want to fully enjoy it.
Childfriendly.
Very expensive.

I have just spent a weekend with best (female) friend in one of the 3 Irena Eris Spa Hotels in Poland (third one currently being built) . The place is located 2.5 hrs drive from the capital, Warsaw, 90% of the way was good road, the last 25 km are bumpy. The hotel is beautifully situated, wild forests and peaceful countryside, equally splendid in winter with lots of snow and hot summer. The hotel exterior, interior, rooms, pool and spa area as well as 2 restaurants have been arranged with attention to detail, with taste and a knowlegde of design and trends. The rooms are spacious, the individual treatment areas in the spa as well, professionally equipped and quiet. The indoor pool is a bit small, there were lots of guest over the weekend and that part of the hotel (wet and dry sauna, jacuzzi&pool) was crowded.
One restaurant is a la carte and serves sophisticated slow food and expensive wines, the other one is buffet style. The choice of food is very big both at breakfast and dinner- lots of varied, high quality dishes both hot and cold, local specialities, bread, cakes and pastry baked on site, fresh fruit juices, wild mushrooms, game, home made preserves.
The list of spa treatments is amazing, anything and everything for the body and face, the spa is equipped with newest and most professional high tech gear, the staff is friendly, skilled and customer oriented. Bookings for treatments need to be made well in advance, even before you arrive at the hotel as it tends to get very busy and free slots may be gone. The massage team who do the head to toe treatments is amazing, highly qualified so if you have any back or muscle pains, stress rest assured you leave without them. The spa shop offers all cosmetics on site with professional explanation if needed.
The only issues I have with this hotel is the price, it's extremely high! A 2 night weekend stay for 2 persons , 2 meals a day without alcohol, including a number of basic treatments is the same cost as a week in a popular southern destination in a 4 star hotel - Greece, Egipt, Turkey or Spain. Ofcourse Dylewskie is special and one of a kind but the price is clearly over the top.

Room Tip: All rooms in main building are wonderful.
