Only stayed here for one night as a stop off between Vilnius and Gdansk, but I wish we'd had longer. Fantastic setting as part of the castle, and very luxurious. Great facilities, although we didn't have time unfortunately to use many of them.

Dinner in the 14th century dining hall was extremely good, and not expensive at all by western standards. Breakfast also very nice.

Rooms weren't huge but perfectly fine for a couple.

Parking is plentiful and free.

Room Tip: Try avoid floor 1 as it's sort of ground level with the courtyard, so people walking past can see in.

What an absolutely gorgeous hotel and setting but that is where the niceness of this hotel ends. Service was disgusting. Think the staff need a major training session on hospitality. Rooms were just ok. Not the best value for money.

We decided to choose all inclusive option. According to hotel's webpage, it should include all hot drinks in lobby bar and selected alcohols. In the end we had to pay for hot chocolate, for instance, because the lobby employee told us, that only some products are included. We were also under the impression, that we were treated far worse than regular customers. The quality of desserts is not even bad - they are awful and very much overpriced.
Now, for rooms, we had almost zero water pressure under our shower and the door mechanism was broken. However our room was clean and comparable with other in the same standard.
Welness section is just poor. I tried to buy some addictional SPA sessions, but the lady in charge was to busy speaking with her friend. The swimming pool and other amenities are okay, but full of people with small children running around and screaming.
Food rather bad. I have no idea who and why trained the staff to take away customer's plates when they are in the middle of eating.
Recommended for people without particular expectations.

Room Tip: Don't pay for all inclusive stay.

My friend and I came here for a chill out weekend,it was my second visit to this place.
Pluses:
- beautiful interiors-old architecture wit modern design is a great combo, especially in the baroque part of the castle
- nicely design wellness zone,I like the idea of baldacchino beds next to the pool
-very good food, especially breakfast (you HAVE to try the white cheese!)
-beautiful library, good selection of art albums
Minuses:
- the room was very hot (gothic part) and you can't change the temperature-it is set automatically for the whole hotel,as we learned
-poor service at the restaurant- the staff doesn't smile and makes you feel rather unwelcome
Overall,a very nice place with some work to do with certain aspects.

What a great experience! Yes, experience because this hotel is one of the kind, you can’t apply regular hotel standards or requirements. Property is incorporated into 14/ 15th century gothic / baroque castle buildings , lovely settings, friendly staff, all great but I have specially thank to Mr. Tomasz Różycki for professional assistance and great hospitality!
Nice hotel amenities, great food and so much history around overshadows small flaws, I am looking forward to get back there.
