Being at Apicius for the second time was a bit of a gamble. First time i got there, the place was empty. This time most tables were taken.
The chefs menu was our choice. With a nice Poully Fume (ladouchette). The wine was not too expensive. And tasted great.
The 'amuses' were ok. But the appetizers were great. Cocquilles, lobster ravioli. The chef knows what he is doing.
Even the size of the portions was better than expected.
The main course (veal), was bulls eye again.
The only remark i have is that the desserts were a bit late. We needed to wait approx. 40 minutes.
Nevertheless a very nice come back
