Sea pebble is the place which excels in location as well as food, at a very nominal price. The Menu is vivid and very pocket friendly, inspite of the fact that it is located at sea side and in the night you can have a perfect candle light dinner by the shore with sweet music of waves and trust me it makes you feel relaxed, composed and ofcourse loved!do not expect a fine dining experience, just a sit out in nature with very delicious food and sometimes they also have live music by the sea.try pomphret Reshad and simple goan fish curry rice, they are cooked to perfection.can also try cafreal and goan delicacy chicken xacuti.#delicious#yummy#romantic#seaside...... xoxo

the location is really superb, visited this restaurant with my fiance, it was crowded as we wanted a table facing the sea, after waiting for sometime got a table facing the sea,
the stewards were nice and friendly service wise was good.
enjoyed the stuffed crabs, and prawns.
had a lovely evening watching the waves while having dinner.best time to visit would be in the night.

We were recommended this restaurant as somewhere to enjoy good seafood.

Yes, trying to get in is a bit of an issue but once there it is a romantic setting where you can hear the sea lapping on the rocks.

We both decided on red snapper and the Waiter suggested perhaps we share - when he showed us the fish pre cooking it was understandable why! It was massive!!! To be fair he could have simply cooked 2 as he was clear to point out that red snapper is sold on weight, this is in the menu.

The cocktails are lethal so be warned especially when trying to negotiate your way back out again!

The Sea Pebble is a small open air (or most of it is) restaurant in Dona Paula. The most amazing aspect is its location. Its seating is right next to the sea!! But unlike other shacks, this is not on a beach, but is a property on the rocks next to the sea. It is really very picturesque. The bar and some part of the cooking area is actually a semi cavern carved out of rock. There are coconut trees around which lights are wrapped.
Okay, to start lets go over the pros..
1. The location is beautiful, amazing and unique. Very romantic. The view also is beautiful. One can see the harbour across the river on one side. A bit to the right and one can see the open sea and ships anchored. Also, the statue of Dona Paula and the observation platform is visible from here.
2. The food is very very good, atleast if ur looking for goan food. We had both sea food and chicken here. All dishes were Goan (caferial, Xacuti etc). They were excellent.
3. The service is quite good. The waiters are attentive and good. Ours even suggested a slight change of menu to better enjoy our food so that we could savour a wider range flavours.
4. Not expensive . The food is the same cost as it would be in any normal restaurant in goa.

Cons.

The only con i can think of is the entrance. One has to first find it!! Then climb up a long flight of stairs, which is quite narrow and dingy and unlit at places, then one has to go down another flight of stairs before reaching...

If your looking for five star kind of place, this is not it. But this place is perfectly located, with the perfect view, romantic, good service and with very good food. An Absolute must visit.

PS. Pl check before going because, I believe this place is closed during the Monsoons..
