“A Local Treasure”
Reviewed 14 December 2013

People travel from all over Sydney to see movies at this local cinema. The seats are comfortable and well spaced. Recent releases can be seen at very fair prices. Bookings are easy with the online booking system. The family who run this business are passionate about their work, making this a great night out.

“Love our local cinema”
Reviewed 1 September 2013

I have been a local to Glenbrook cinema for a long time now and I can never go there enough. I love the country cinemas. It is cheap, only $11 per person (rather then $22) at Hoyts or Great Union. The people who work there give it a little character and charm. You can have a cup of tea in a cup and saucer which is nice or there choc tops are great also. It's definitely worth waiting for the movie you want to see, to come out to Glenbrook cinema!

“Wonderful old cinema”
Reviewed 11 August 2013

Always love going to this cinema. Cheap tickets and affordable concessions. Staff members are always very polite. There's this very friendly and comfortable vibe.

I've used their ticket reservations service. While it is not modern like other cinemas such as Hoyts and Events in the sense that you can't choose your seats real time, I like how the staff members always try to respond quickly and give you your requested seats, or the next best thing.

I'm very happy to keep patronising this place.

“Old World Charm and Value”
Reviewed 7 July 2013

Great value movies in a quaint cinema - a definite value for money outing. Get your $10 ticket any time any day - lots of great films - various genres - if you are lucky enough you will get t attend one of their retro classic viewings - a fabulous amily atmosphere and an excellent park to play at just outside before or after!

“Love this independent family run theatre”
Reviewed 24 June 2013

The glenbrook cinema is a well established family run Cinema. It is small, shows a good variety of films. Allows you to take a cup of tea in a real cup into the cinema, and hands out minties when you are leaving. Well worth visiting. I would much prefer to come to the glenbrook cinema than the larger theatre complexes you get elsewhere. Prices are quite reasonable.
