Receptionist Casey very helpful and professional from the beginning. Rooms bright, clean and tidy. Shower lovely. Casey made a special effort to find a special place to store our bikes safely under cover. Thanos an excellent waiter. Felt very looked after! Food delicious!

My initial thoughts were the hotel was a bit far outside of Salisbury but unfortunately with business you do not have choice where you stay. The hotel was really a great place to stay, plenty of parking, parking right outside the hotel, not 1/2 mile away as I have had to with Travelodges recently. The food was spot on with the breakfast a welcome start to the day. The evening meal choice was limited but really enjoyable.
The room was spacious with all the facilities you need although my location meant that when the chef was duty the extractor fan was on, not much of a problem for me as I am use to aircraft taking off and landing.
Staff extremely friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much for them. If I visit Salisbury again The Stones will be my first choice.

Good driving location for stone henge and Salisbury. Staff were always polite. Food was nice in restaurant.
Few teething problems, problems with door locks (over 5 issues), curtain rail fell down when opening curtains, cleaner left window wide open on ground floor with all belongings inside. Few cobwebs on bathroom ceiling. No child’s menu in restaurant and had to pay extra £5 a night for fold up bed to be put in adults room so could be more family friendly.

A very nice welcome from the staff members of the stones hotel . The rooms were very nice and ver clean . The food was lovely in the evening and the breakfast was very nice with plenty of choices. The bar was nicely set up but could have a few more choices of real ales just one annoying thing from the outside of room 309 there was an annoying noise probably from the kitchen ventilation systems. But otherwise a lovely stay .

Our recent stay did not come up to expectations. On arrival we were met by a rude unhelpful, unfriendly lady behind the reception desk. No welcome from her and questions we asked were met with one word answers. The male receptionist later that day was not much better. Room was adequate and clean although outdated. No tea bags in our room apart from earl grey. I put the kettle on early morning only to find this out. Not much choice at breakfast, not much in the way of fruit salad for example. My husband asked for a fried egg instead of scrambled which was in the buffet and was told that they didn’t do them and it wasn’t possible for him to have one. No black pudding etc. overall we were disappointed with our stay.
