Excellent Hotel, friendly staff and good food. I must say I don't normally give reviews but the outstanding service and friendly/ welcoming nature of all the staff made me want to write one. I wish we could name all the staff but Sammy was the one that stood out to us.

Stayed for here for two nights last week on our trip to visit Stonehenge and exploring Salisbury and the area, we found the pricing more realistic and better value than those closer to town. The fact it has a gym for my early morning work out a big plus, it was all new equipment, flooded with natural day light, fresh water and towels.

The staff at reception were more than helpful and even booked us in for dinner which has quite a wide menu of favourites, the service was friendly and engaging.

We had a large light room with tea and coffee making facilities, most importantly a good bed with a topper so nice and comfortable. An iron and ironing board in the room is a plus. We both had a great night’s sleep.

Breakfast was the full English and impressively the scrambled egg, even on the buffet was light and creamy, good pork sausages too!

There was plenty of space in the comfortable lounge bar to sit and read in the afternoon and we had a nice bottle of rose the second afternoon on the terrace at the rear of the property.

We can only recommend this little hotel as a great find and great value, lovely staff as well, very engaging and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

Recently stayed overnight to break our journey. Comfortable room and a small but important problem sorted by Callum. Evening meal in restaurant good. Thought breakfast was disappointing. Overall pleased with our choice of hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Room tip: Parking excellent

Very good hotel, everything clean and staff very friendly.
I wouldn't say it has any super exciting extras, but it has everything you need for a 1 night stay.
Parking is easy and it's in an accessible location for exploring further afield.
