Have stayed here a few times now and it's easily the best place in the area. The larger rooms in particular and beautifully furnished and offer great value. The DBB package offers great value and is served with a generous lack of rules or restrictions, breakfast great and the bar atmosphere in the evening warm and comfortable. Hospitality friendly and informal. All in all great value.

One suggestion (and this is nitpicking) on occasions when the bar is quieter some quiet music wouldn't go amiss. Appreciated it doesn't want a pub or noisy atmosphere but some quiet jazz or old time music might be nice!

Possibly one of the best stays I have had in a hotel. A beautiful building with lovely décor set in quiet, scenic Wilton. A perfect base for visiting the local area although we enjoyed just relaxing in our room one afternoon as it was such a peaceful, comfortable place to be.

The staff are extremely polite and friendly and most attentive to your needs. The room had every necessity and a lovely selection of teas, coffee and biscuits.

I still cannot believe how good a deal the DBB deal is. The breakfast was lovely, a food selection to suit all tastes and the menu had such a wide variety of delicious meals. It was difficult to choose a starter, main and dessert, particularly good for me as I don't normally have a wide choice being a vegetarian. I want to complement the chef as the food tasted amazing and was so well presented.

The only disappointment was that we weren't staying longer. We will be back!

We stayed at the Pembroke arms for 1 night in May 2014 after reading great reviews online. On arrival we were immediately impressed with our room, it being tastefully furnished with quirky features that add to its appeal. The bathroom was well stocked with toiletries. The rain shower did take a little working out though.
Having booked the dinner bed and breakfast rate I was pleasantly surprised when that included a full 3 course dinner for 2. This being served in the intimate dining area of the bar. A brilliant deal with a wide ranging and delicious menu to choose from. The fillet steak was perfect which we devoured alongside a beautiful Barolo from the wine list.
I will definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. My only tiny critique was that we had only 1 small bottle of water in our room which didn't fully quench the thirst of 2 slightly inebriated adults on a warm Spring evening. Everything else was faultless.

So glad you enjoyed your stay with us, I shall look into why you only had one bottle of water in your room, sorry about that.

Great location for Salisbury and Stonehenge. We stayed one night, with the price including full English breakfast and a three-course dinner (all excellent). The price was very reasonable. Rooms were very comfortable, tastefully decorated, and clean. Staff are super friendly and helpful. It is within walking distance of Wilton House and a small outlet shopping center. Wilton itself is quaint with a very interesting Italianate style church.

Stayed one night for evening racing at Salisbury. Ideal location for this, under ten minutes drive to the racecourse. Lovely room, the Queens Bedchamber, thoughtfully decocorated , spacious, with an extremely comfortable bed. The host was genial and engaging. Excellent full english breakfast with polite staff. Can thoroughly recommend this very reasonably priced hotel.
