Not one of their toilets have jet spray or provision for water.
You have to use tissue and wash in the bath tub(disgusting yes)
Clearly indicating their preference for Foreigners.
During my stay foreigners were max be 5% of the guests.

This is inconvenient and insulting for domestic tourists.

Stayed here during my anniversary for a day
Booking was a horrible experience nor the front office or sales guy was helpful at making reservations
We requested for early check in telephonically but was refused straightforward they didn’t even try to find out whether some shuffle is possible
Location is near to airport and beach and rooms were good and clean we opted for chalets
There were no option for food 3 restaurants only one was working with only buffet option which was ok spread there was snacks options in evening which was the best meal during my stay
Breakfast time was too early
It’s in kind of remote place with not much options around the hotel should provide more dinning options
Not worth the money

I went fr a destination wedding... I understand service would b slow bcox of fully occupied.. so anything asked would come after an hr.. though called thrice....
Major issue happened wen I asked to clean my room again to house keeping, they denied bcox my child ruined their floor which was minimal and they asked to pay charges to clean it again.. the supervisior dint have explanation fr not cleaning the room.. so she asked m to teach ur 1 yr old boy manners... This harsh behavior was unbearable...
It's hotel Industry and it's for giving service to us and we pay for it...But asking for 500 for cleaning the mess show's the category of hotel....And people who work in it.... Get some sense or close off the hotel... As if u can't give us service then it's of no use

However, we regret you had cause to complain regarding housekeeping and its services. Our housekeeping staff was only following standard procedure in which we levy an extra charge for defecate cleaning.

Please do not let this rare incident dilute your impression of our hospitality and allow us an opportunity to welcome you back on your subsequent visit to Goa.

Really had too much fun and view was really mesmerising and spectacular. Organising 1st birthday and you made it so simple to manage all my guests and fullfill their demands. This wasn’t possible without your helping staffs. They made it so simple with great hospitality skills.

dear all members of trip advisor this hotel best and beat all hotels all over goa. i really likes there hospitality services food and evey hing which u think about it. caring staff with smiling faces,. i really love there services. always ready to help. i stay here from 27 feb 2018 to 5 march 2018. i stay on top floor room no 605 and 606. best view from top floor. room were clean and tidy. food was awesome. i really like there honesty. my wife forget to take her mobile while having dinner. they return next day when we lodge complaint next day .even she didn't remember where she kept her mobile. while all time she thought it may be in beach while taking photos. i must say to all please go to this hotel without thinking twice . this is best hotel with calm and peacefully surrounding with airport near by u can watch air plane taking off from there.
