Lovely location for this hotel, unfortunately the concrete block style of buildings let it down somewhat.
Bar staff were very helpful and friendly although there was not often any coins for change which seemed to cause chaos at busy times.
Food (I was on half board) was OK, but nothing special - translations on the menu were very 'hit and miss' and often the description bore no resemblance to the actual offering!

The Hotel is situated in a great location, safe and relaxing neighbourhood. It is perfect for a family wanting to relax and enjoy the sunshine and the wonderful swimming pool. It is a very quiet neighbourhood but with a hire car there are many places to discover. Frankly it was too hot to do a lot of sightseeing so we enjoyed staying around the pool and relaxing.

The Garden Rooms are very spacious, immaculately clean and have a small terrace to sit out on. It is probably best to request a Room away from the Gazebo where it can be a little noisy from private functions eg wedding/tango classes.

There is a poolside Bar and Marco is extremely friendly and professional but he has a very busy job as he in the only one behind the bar serving drinks and it can get quite busy for him. The lifeguard Antonio is very friendly and warm and is always on hand to help around the pool. Ida is a very energetic, warm, enthusiastic entertainer and she runs the kids club very well. She does an amazing good job and makes an effort to know you and include your children in all of the activities. When we left the level of entertainment for children has stepped up a gear and an English speaker was brought in to help with translation but for teenagers there was little to do. They were looking to play a little bit of football or volleyball to entertain themselves - there is a large grassed area that could be used for this purpose near to the little play park. There is a table tennis table which kept the children occupied. There is also a trampoline but it is in need of repair and perhaps a safety net - a lot of older kids were using it but there was a warning sign that play had to be supervised.

The food is very good quality, very fresh and local but if you are just English speaking it is difficult to know what to order. You can in fact go off menu when ordering for the children and ask for chicken or steak in breadcrumbs or grilled with chips or potatoes as well as tomatoe sauce with pasta. A children's menu would be the best solution with the familiar choices that kids want to eat eg: spaghetti bolognese, lasagne, carbonara, meat balls etc etc. The food can be a little adventurous for small children. It was disappointing that the coffee was made via a machine, however you can in fact request a 'proper coffee' albeit with UHT Milk from the Bar. Most English visitors expect a decent cup of coffee when visiting Italy! It would be useful if the Restaurant staff briefed guests that you can go off menu and also request a fresh coffee at the start of the holiday and not at the end of it. The Restaurant Manager was very professional and was always very willing to help with the Menu each night. The evening entertainment is pretty dull and probably needs livening up for the 30 - 40+ category - mostly catered for 60+ ballroom dancers. The male Receptionist who works in the evenings is the best person to talk to if you have any complaints as he has exceptional english and it is quite refreshing to have a conversation that is understood. I would definitely return but I would hope that some of my suggestions would be implemented to make the stay more enjoyable.

Room Tip: Away from the Gazebo eg number 501 or 502

The hotel is beautifully set out in well kept gardens. The rooms are in small blocks set around the garden. The blocks don't look much from the outside but they are lovely inside with a spiral staircase leading to the rooms. The room are tastily decorated, comfortable and very clean as is the rest of the hotel. Each has a large balcony. The restaurant is also beautifully set out. the food is delicious. There is a large choice of food and drinks for the buffet breakfast. Dinner is served by extremely friendly and cheerful waiters.
The hotel has a very large swimming pool surrounded with tables, chairs and loungers.
It can be a little noisy at night as there is music being played but earplugs do the trick!
There is children's entertainment throughout the day and the two youth leaders, one male and one female are full of energy.
The staff is overall very helpful and friendly.

I do love and need peace and quiet but at night music from the hotel's bar and two others nearby was a bit loud, though it did end around 11.30. We thought the food and service were generally good and the rooms, though the fridges didn't seem to work that well. I appreciated having a bath and a hairdryer which worked well. (Some are positioned very awkwardly so you can't use a mirror at the same time).

The pool was the largest I've come across in a hotel, and it was quiet during the day but then got horribly noisy with children and families around 4ish. For a hotel this standard it did seem odd that bar staff didn't service the pool - surely they could have made money this way.

Without transport there's hardly anything to do locally but this didn't matter too much as our holiday had trips out most days. There's quite an energetic (if unexciting) walk to be had in the surrounding roads, where you pass amazing villas, some like little castles and some of which look abandoned and resemble Miss Havisham's house. A lot of the villas were for sale, too - a sign of the times.

This hotel is in a suburb of Fasano, and although the surroundings are pleasant and it has nice gardens and a large pool, I found little to recommend it. There were rooms where showers or TVs did not work, and very poor staff service, which was probably the worst thing about the hotel. For example, there was only one barman (who did do his best in difficult circumstances), and many guests, so you could wait for 15 or 20 minutes to get a drink, which is frustrating after a hard day’s sightseeing. Used breakfast dishes piled up uncollected on the tables while staff stood around chatting, and the evening meal, though reasonable food, was spoiled by slow service (we were told to be at dinner for 7.30 but pre-ordered food rarely appeared before 8.00) and silly mistakes such as mistranslations of the menu so that people who ordered scallops received a pork escalope. There was a charge for pool towels and although there was wifi in the hotel it was either free or incurred a charge depending on where you were in the building – make it free everywhere, please. We went there as part of a Travelsphere tour and I suppose it is OK just as a place to sleep, but barely rates 3 stars, let alone the 4 it claims.

Room Tip: Just make sure that if there are faults in your room the hotel puts them right straight away.

Not the prettiest of hotels but once inside the grounds, the pool area are very nice. The staff are hospitable and the restaurant does dish up so e excellent food. The rooms are pretty basic but are clean and well looked after. Once out of the hotel it's like going back in time very picturess and some lovely villages to explore. Worth a visit but still prefer the Med coast.

The hotel itself was ok but it was 2.5km from Fasano and impossible to walk as it was extremely hilly with no foothpath. Taxi was 20.00 Euro.Absolutely nothing to do at night. There was one small bar which was not very exciting

The food was very hit and miss sometimes excellent sometimes awful. Service very slow. Breakfast good.

Swimming pool and surrounding area very good.
