Directly at the Bolsena lake shores, wonderful al fresco dining under the trees. I had spaghetti alle vongole and the coregone fish, one of the Bolsena lake resident fishes. The spaghetti alle vongole were very good, with a dash of tomato sauce, there were plenty of vongole, not very big, but extremely tasty. The coregone fish was a surprise, never had lake fish before. It was grilled, smooth taste and easy to eat, I mean no bones. The tiramisu is bought from a patisserie, very, very good! The sparkling white was the cherry on the cake.. fresh and easy! Don't miss this down to earth place if you are around.
