If you are planning to stay in Monaco with a small family, the adagio definitely fits the bill. It is not hard to find beausoleil if you are in Monaco. It is up the hill close to the Monte Carlo casino which houses many smaller shops including pharmacies, mobile shops and convenience stores. The hotel itself has a shared underground parking complex which has sufficient parking space and at a very reasonable rate for residents.

Check in was a breeze with a very professional receptionist who speaks fluent english. The hotel provides free wifi and has full kitchen facilties which enables us to cook for ourselves. The hotel provides coin operated laundry facilities at 5 euro per wash and 3 euro for the dryer at the rear of the hotel which is of much convenience for small families on the road.

The hotel is just a 15 minutes walk to the Monte Carlo Casino area and is stroller friendly except the entrance to the hotel which has just a small staircase and gate.

Room Tip: The streets could be slightly noisy at night.

The hotel was more than I expected. We had a big room for 6 persons, good size, nice kitchenette, plenty of balconies, ok bed. Warm water was plenty for all of us. The only negative thing was that there were only one toilette.

Room Tip: Good choise, You want be dissapointed

we had a clean and spacious one bedroom appartment with trundle type sofa bed in lounge. all were really comfortable and would be ok for 4 adults. spacious and clean. well equipped kitchenette for 4 with dishwasher tablets provided. The roof top pool is a bit small just for a dip not a swim. There are loads of loungers and a great view over thye city. Lots of food shops nearby and a daily morning market. The restaurant does meals but we didn't use it. reception open 24hrs. they will look after luggage in secure locked room if need. handy for casino area although is uphill walk back but so is most of Monte Carlo.
Great if you want to save money on eating out. good for a family that want 1 appartment( do 2 bed rooms and studios too)
our room on 7th floor was quiet at night. But noisy in mornings if you have windows open but can close them &we then used aircon instead.

good location, only 10 minutes or so from the main attractions of monaco, relatively cheap for monaco (but remember, Monaco is ridiculously expensive!) Hotel is adequate - I'd say it was better for longer stays maybe - we really didn't need a kitchen or dishwasher! Staff are friendly and speak pretty good English. Be warned, there's nowhere at the hotel to buy snakcs or drinks and we couldn't find anywhere very near late at night to buy them from. The hotel is generally clean if a little tired and having to pull out the bed from the wall was a bit odd. Overall, good location ok price and ok hotel.

Room Tip: unless you're on the top floor facing the sea the view is pretty rubbish!

...i.e. Adagio, so make sure you give your cabbie the right address. We didn't and ended up at the wrong hotel.
The self catering rooms are fine, a little larger than usual.Breakfast was a plain continental affair but perfectly adequate.
Location, I liked; Beausoleil is only a short climb up the hill from all the noise and show of central Monaco but feels a little more like a provincial French Town. There are some good value restaurants nearby and a pleasant little street market.
This was a short working trip so I didn't get to try out the pool.
Off peak rates of around 130 Euros seemed good value.

Room Tip: Don't know about a room tip but if you wan't to blow some money getting across from Nice airport try a Heli transfer. Scrimpers might like to try the bus which is fairly regular and reliable.
