Very dated hotel, needs a bit of care and attention, no restaurant, but plenty locally.
Breakfast adequate.
Hotel was clean and tidy, but not welcoming, very long bare corridors.
TV was restricted, and on payment the viewing was still pretty limited.

We travelled with a kid and must say that the hotel is nice, clean, with good breakfast, not noisy (despite some other reviewers complaining about noise). 2 min walk from Valby train station (7 min ride to Copenhagen central station), but keep in mind, that train tickes to get to Cph are very expensive. As we understood, no Wi-Fi is provided in the rooms, but there is a free computer with internet and printer in the lobby.

We stayed here recently in a very hot spell of weather. The room was for 3 of us and was very hot. We had to have the window open but the noise from the traffic below was a bit too much from around 5am. I would recommend taking ear plugs with you.

The best points about the hotel were the beds were comfy, the furniture is modern and the rooms spacious. The breakfast was also a great selection and much better than any other buffet breakfast we've experienced. A large selection of cereals, yoghurts, breads plus boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon etc. Free secure parking was also a massive bonus for such a good location. The closeness of the train station means that Copenhagen is only about 10mins away, which is brilliant. It's also good for heading out in the car to other places, Malmo is only 40 minutes away over the Oresund Bridge.

I would also recommend asking specifically for a non-smoking room as one of our rooms had a distinct stale smoke smell, the other did not.

All in all if you can combat the heat and the noise with your own measures or if you're staying at a cooler time of year this is a great hotel, very handy for the centre and beyond with a great breakfast and free parking.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms facing the car park not the road.

This is a budget hotel , nothing fancy but clean and tidy, agree with another reviewer a lick of paint would do no harm, convenient if you have business meetings in the area. wifi works without any drama, you need a password. Rooms have a kettle , always handy if you arrive late, self service bar down stairs. Certainly saty ther again.

This hotel is situated just outside the very centre of Copenhagen, but w a train station 2 minutes away w trains rushing you in to the city in 6-7 minutes AND two bus lines very close by, both going into town via Vesterbro and even all the way to Kongens Nytorv, this hotel is perfectly located. It's a short walk or three bus stops away from Frederiksbergs Have and the many cosy restaurants, cafes and shops of Frederiksberg ( which is a very nice and pretty affluent area of Copenhagen). The room we got was large ( by European standard, that is), w coffee and tea making facilities , always a plus. The mattresses were not too good, my husband had to use the bedspread as an extra layer to prevent the metal springs from irritating his back, but I had no such problems. The breakfast was really really good, far better than most, and the staff was attentive and filled all trays constantly. We will DEFINITELY go back to Hotel Rossini!

The good news: the sheets, pillowcases, duvets, bathroom were spotlessly clean. The restaurant was very good - nice room with good selection of hot and cold food, cereals, breads, croissants with or without chocolate, Danish pastries, yoghourt, tea and coffee, juice, etc.

Bedrooms have kettle and tea/coffee although no "English Breakfast" tea. Danes seem to think that "tea" = Earl Grey so if that's not to your taste (and it isn't to my wife's taste) take your own tea bags and decaff coffee.

Service is excellent - all staff are very friendly.

And the price is reasonable especially for Denmark

The not so good news: public areas are rather shabby and carpets throughout need thorough cleaning/replacement. The whole place needs a face-lift and not just repainting which clearly has been done. Mattresses are cheap. Room tv has nice personal welcome message but not too many channels. International news channel would be useful.

With some work this could be a great budget hotel as it is well placed but it's nowhere near Premier Inn standard at the moment.

Room Tip: No air con that we could see but double glazing was very effective except when you need to open the...

Good comfort in rooms, enough space in bath room as well. Great breakfast buffet. Personnel friendly and efficient. Some refreshment of floors and paintings won't hurt but it doesn't impede on the overall good average level.

Room Tip: Rooms on the back side are quieter
