“Lovely place - Look forward to coming back”
Reviewed 9 May 2017 for a stay in April 2017

The lodge is located in amazing setting with pond in the backyard and the farm on the other sides. We had lovely time walking through the farm meeting farm friends: Llamas, Geese, Ducks and not to forget super friendly cat Chimy. The location is idealy located to explore the pembrokeshire seacoast and also can access to Tesco extra in 20 min drive. Thanks to Julie and David for welcoming with fresh barn eggs, milk and a bottle of wine.

We had a friendly chat with David who helped us with the map to explore surrounding areas. I look forward to visiting again next time with my friends.

“Beautifully Tranquil”
Reviewed 8 May 2017 for a stay in May 2017

Brynmeini Lodge is tucked away in a lovely secluded spot on Julie and Davids (the owners) farm. We were made to feel very welcome

The lodge is in its own "paddock" area overlooking a pond with several ducks and geese. The lodge itself It was very clean and tidy and equipped with everything you could need down to a good wi-fi connection (this is something unusual in other lodges we have stayed in), the provision of a bottle of wine and chocolates was a very welcome surprise.

The scenery is lovely and theres lots to do in and around the area from scenes walks, beaches to explore and other local attractions.

We would like to return and spend a bit longer exploring the area and enjoying the tranquil atmosphere of the lodge.

“Perfect place to weather the storm !”
Reviewed 25 November 2016 for a stay in November 2016

We stayed at the Lodge while visiting friends and family in the area. The Lodge was just the perfect base for us to return to each evening. We found the Lodge very warm and cosy with everything one could need. The beds were very comfortable . Good linen and good quality duvets. The extra touches (milk, wine choccys and eggs ) made such a difference too.
There was a wild storm raging around outside while we were there and David checked to make sure we were OK and had plenty of fuel.
Wood for the log burner was plentiful.
We would not hesitate to use the Lodge again.
It was placed in a very pretty position ; although we hardly ventured outside due to the inclement weather at the time.
Great.

“Stunning countryside retreat”
Reviewed 20 August 2016 for a stay in August 2016

We had a fab time at this beautiful lodge. Our 6 year old daughter was super excited about being near farm animals. The lodge is clean cosy and comfortable - a real retreat away from hustle and bustle. We met Julie on arrival and she instantly made us feel at home. Fresh eggs and milk with some treats too thankfully received! Loved the woodburner which took no time to take early morning chill off the air Throughout our week we were woke up by the cockerels (to be expected) but this didnt bother us. The pond was a particular favorite with varying types of birds and ducks. It kept our daughter fascinated for ages she even talked to them too! The farm also was a big hit especially Victor the sheep. Running in the fields exploring what is there not to like for a young child other than not being able to take the animals home! In all we had a brilliant week of warm weather, beautiful scenery and fantastic accommodation. Our particular favorite trip was to New Quay watching Dolphins. Highly recommend the rib tour stunning location with friendly informative people. Our only down side (if you can call it that) was the amount of driving to get to places but we were new to this part of Wales and may have needed to do our homework better. Would love to return when our daughter is a bit older. Thanks to Julie and David for welcoming us to this little oasis.

“Still as beautiful as ever!”
Reviewed 4 July 2016 for a stay in June 2016

We returned back to the lodge again this year as after our first stay in 2015 we have completely fallen in love with this place!
The wildlife on the lake is amazing, stunning and full of entertain, net - in all weathers - to see committed parents raising their young and living in harmony together is a wonderful site. So many different varieties of Ducks and Geece, it's amazing the commitment seen from the owners to make your stay a magical experience.
Julie and David are wonderful hosts and always had time for my silly questions about the animals, a true assit to the farm and we couldn't imagine staying anywhere else now. Love everything about this break. Can't wait to book again, it's become our home from home and with all the small touches around the lodge it's an ideal location for anyone wanting to get away and enjoy peace and quiet with the wonderful wild life Pembrokeshire has to offer...

The beds are the best nights sleep we ever have, beds and bedding is amazing.
Wine, chocolate, beer, eggs, dressing owns left for us which always gives a lovely personal touch. Julie had thought of everything to cater for us..We love Bynmeini farm so much that my parents and grandparents have also booked to stay in July. I know they will love it - I'm just sad now I can't go back with them :( we are now thinking to have a winter break so whatever whether there's always something to do and enjoy!

Thanks again Julie and David - all the best with the new arrivals as I know how busy they keep you! Amazing little gem of a place and hope to be there again soon
