The apartment very run down and the toilets are dirty. Its very sad if they maintained it properly it could be a good family apartment. The 3 bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen space is good so as the living area. But its dirty and run down.

The swiimming pool too so murky. The overall apartment its badly need a face lift.

The location is good .... just a walking distance there is a shopping mall and good makan places.

Well.. what can I say. I have such mixed feeling of this apartment!

We stayed at this apartment in March 2012, there were 8 of us so we opted to stay in a 3 bedroom apartment. We arrived around 4pm and was given a room on 1st floor but then decided to change our mind and asked for a room at the higher level of the apartment, since we were in Langkawi afterall and we wanted to have view of the sea. Our wish was granted without any fuss and was given a room on the 11th floor.

The room was a bit aged but good enough to stay for a short period. The view was great and we had a good 3 days stay at this apartment. Its very basic but everything is provided. One thing I would like to point out is the cleanliness of this place. They need more cleaners to clean the rooms and corridors. There were lizard poos at every corner and at the verandah, eeww....

Swimming pool is available and its quite big. We used the washing machines and there was a hanger to dry the clothes. Breakfast was included for 6 pax and we had to pay for 2 extra person and it cost RM7 each. Breakfast was simple and basic but good enough to cover us until we found a place to have lunch.

Rooms were ok, not too big and furniture very basic and old. But the apartment was spacious and sunny so its good enough for 8 people. There were other long term tenants at this apartment so sometimes it got noisy when they switched on their tvs or music.

We hired a van and parking was free so its very convenient.

So thats my view, I will think long and hard if we ever come back here again.

Room Tip: Ask for corner rooms with good view of the sea.

It was located in the Kuah town. It is new building and most of the items there are new and clean. The room are big and we took two units of 3 rooms apartment with my friends family. The price was little high due to peak season ( during long PH ). The only problem we had was the guard was not so friendly as he was imposing the kids to be out of pool by 6.50 pm though the display / notices says closed at 7.30pm. he keep saying that he need to back at 7.30pm !!

Room Tip: Better to book earlier to avoid higher rate.

My friends and I booked a 3 bedrooms apartment from 31 Dec 2011 - 2 jan 2012 at Century Suria Apartment, considering most of the hotels has been already fully booked during this peak period season. I would rate this apartment as average, with all the required nessecities and free parking just downstairs. The price is affordable as well if you have a lot of people planning to stay together, which inclusive of buffet breakfast and daily housekeeping.

Room Tip: book early during peak season

We booked a 2-bedroom apmt and wanted to request for an extra bed. The rate given to us was RM35 with breakfast. We then ask the price difference if we upgrade to 3- bedroom apmt, it was a difference of less than RM20 per night. So we ended with a 3-bedroom instead. Their staff, Kak Nur pleasantly offered us a better room with washing machine when we requested for it which was not provided in the standard room. She was quick to complete our check-in too. We are satisfied with our room given. Thanks Kak Nur. It was clean despite the reviews I read earlier.

The balcony was a bit dirty and along the walkway, there was like no maintenance. A lot of ants are seen around the room as said in the review.
The breakfast was basic and that's ok but cleanliness and food hygiene should be observed and improved. The breads were stale and mouldy already when we wanted to eat. So we told the person in charge there, they said they just bought it yesterday. She took the whole tray in and maybe took out the mouldy ones, and put back the rest of the bread in the same tray back. Other guests who do not know will continue to take the bread. We can see the containers (for cornflakes) and the tray (for bread) have not been washed for quite some time. Even the porridge is filled with water more than porridge so we wonder if they are from yesterday's leftover!

If they can improve on food hygiene and maintain the place clean, it will be a very recommended hotel apartment for families and big group of people.

Room Tip: Look for Kak Nur!

Langkawi island is not famous for its service apartments! I hardly found this one after a long search. If you have a big number of family members, then this is the place to be. Close to all attractions and the jetty point, market. I guess Prada Mall is within walking distance to get all what you need for the apartment such as food, consumables…etc
For couples, stay away from this place! You may choose other better hotels on many resorts nearby…
Breakfast was poor and very less selection repeated daily.
Rooms are acceptable if you a kind of people that spend all day exploring the Island, but if you want to stay longer and enjoy the scenery, then its NOT the place to be unfortunately!!
